you need to use some sort of levalator that flattens your audio so the highs aren’t so high and the lows aren’t so low. It turns dow the high spots and raises the low ones for your audio. Your voice gets quiet then loud. Just a tip for podcasting. Hope that helps.

Thanks brother. I’m still extremely green to all this.

Wow, this podcast is getting better by the day NC Scout! I think of Secretariat, who won the Triple Crown by running each leg of the race faster. Regarding the PatriotRight we need the HEART of those who went to Richmond, we need the BRAINS of professional trainers like AP and others, and we all need to come together to make the SOUL of an organization that can move like a “TREMENDOUS MACHINE” (said of Secretariat during that race). Let’s all forgive each other and move on. There’s too much at stake to in-fight.

great podcast. Have seen the movie/docodrama you discussed and highly recommend it. TCM shows it about once a year. ALso read Jean Larteguy’s The Centurions, and the book Wolves in the City by Paul Henissart great info regarding the counter insurgency in French Algeria. The legion may have won the battles but lost the war.

I listened to RC 7 and this John Marks Richmond analysis about in the same hour or so. It’s quite a contrast. Marks should hear your remarks about the Battle of Algiers, and what happened after the big strike. I think a lot of our younger 2A supporters don’t have a lot history background, and they may be “learning” some false lessons, in as far as they think that Richmond was totally a major victory, and can be repeated over and over on our way to total victory over the Left. Richmond was great as far as it went, but the intel bonanza gained by Team Tyranny can be used against Team Freedom far into the future, in terms of SNA mapping of the likely resistance.

Most billionaires are either leftist or libertarian. Soros donates money to local politicians, especially attorney general candidates in my small state.

And by “libertarian”, you mean Austrian-school for economics and “Don’t Tread On Me” for social concerns, right?

    Meaning, that’s a Good Thing, ain’t it?

    • NC Scout January 27, 2020 at 15:58

      Free markets brother.

    Regarding Richmond:

Alerting people to possible threats is a good thing. Telling people that you think attending an event is a poor idea, or that utilizing a particular tactic is unwise, is fine.

But if you imply that an event will almost certainly be a disaster, and then engage in a namecalling match with some of those who disagree, perhaps you should should not be too surprised if they call you out when no disaster actually occurs.

You in particular didn’t do the things in the above paragraph, as far as I can tell, so you ought not to be getting pushback.

It might be helpful for everyone to read or reread How to Win Friends and Influence People. Just because other people are “on our side” doesn’t mean we can stop using persuasive language.

From your Jacobite article: “Passivists say activism accomplishes nothing. What it actually accomplishes is practice.  Practice for networking, practice for turnout, practice for speed, practice working as a team.”

This is what the Richmond event, and more importantly the local organizing going on in Virginia, can be a step toward.

Looking forward to the next podcast.
