Ebola Confirmed In Uganda

WHO has now confirmed Ebola has spread to Uganda. While the good news is that Uganda is in a much better position to manage the virus than the Congo, with 4700 health workers being vaccinated according to the article, the bad news is that the virus is still nowhere near containment and likely will not be in the Congo. An ISIS aligned group, the “Allied Democratic Forces” have been carrying out attacks along with other various militias, causing further instability in an already bad situation. Add to the mix 350 illegals from the Congo crossing our border from Mexico. Not screened, not examined, but fear not- they’ll be registered to vote in no time. Top people are on it. Top. People.

From my friend at the Red Cross:

[There] are now three confirmed cases in Uganda. And the US Government has released over a hundred illegal border hoppers from the Congo into Texas. If you do not have at least 6 months of food put by RIGHT NOW, start shopping and do so. If this gets out of Africa to these presently United States, you will not want to go to the grocery store during an outbreak. It may be that this Ugandan outbreak will be contained and fizzle out. And it may not.

We will not know for about another 3 weeks to a month. If this is contained for now, then there will be no new cases in Uganda in a month. Sooner or later, however, this outbreak is likely to expand and get established outside the Congo. Be prepared to isolate yourself and your family for an extended period.

I’m sure it would never occur to an ISIS planner to deliberately infect an undercover jihadist who has a visa with Ebola and fly him to Europe or America.

And yet,we still allow illegals coming from the Congo(guess add Uganda to list)who are being dumped in our cities with no quarantine ect.,this seems like purposeful national suicide I would say even your average progressive lib who loves refugees would say, hold em for 40+ days till clean.

To quote Matthias from the great flick Omega Man,”Nothing cleanses like fire” .

Yeah and now we are housing “refugees” on our military bases. What could possibly go wrong with that?

I went ahead and picked up a few tyvex suits in our sizes. I’m putting one in both my mask carriers, one in truck and one on battle rattle. When we grocery shop next I’m gonna get some rubber kitchen gloves to go over the regular gloves as well as some more gorilla tape. I’m still working on figuring out the best overboots. The tyvex booties won’t last long outside.
I fully plan on avoidance of course but there could be scenarios in which I might have to handle a body or move from one area to another.
I do wish the tyvex was something other than white.

So those who are even thinking about approaching someone who is, or was, ‘hot’, spend some time reviewing the Medicins sans Frontieres protocols for how to don and much more importantly to doff this kind of PPE.

MSF has literally written the book on dealing with Ebola, and here is the link-
    https://www.nursingworld.org/globalassets/practiceandpolicy/work-environment/health–safety/medicins.pdf.
The CDC, after getting 2 nurses infected in 2014, has changed their recommendations to more closely match MSF-
    https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/healthcare-us/ppe/guidance.html

It takes 4 experienced and trained people to safely don and doff, and each of those 4 people has to be wearing PPE. You need double suits, double gloves, PAPR, double booties, face shield, etc. etc. etc. And you need about 48 sets` per day. Anything less is a death sentence for you. See Aesop’s articles.
