And the ‘whistleblower’ is…

While the media continues to cry havoc over the impeachment resolution, which is nothing more than a show to appeal to their base, the name of the so-called whistleblower remains a well guarded secret. Among a crowd that confuses documents marked for classification, that’s impressive. And it tells any objective observer that they’re hiding something. Color me shocked then when according to Real Clear Investigations, the so-called whistleblower is a well known Democrat operative who worked under John Brennan named Eric Ciaramella, with long and deep ties to the oligarchy struggling to maintain itself.

Further, Ciaramella (pronounced char-a-MEL-ah) left his National Security Council posting in the White House’s West Wing in mid-2017 amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. He has since returned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

“He was accused of working against Trump and leaking against Trump,” said a former NSC official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters.

Eric Ciaramella, a Yale grad and tailor made stoolie who sought to insulate himself in the DC bureaucracy which has fostered and fed so many like him. A nest of leeches. Hardly a Jason Bourne, this man is far more befit the effeminate office climate that has no tolerance for toxic masculinity, at least judging by his allies, friends and peers.  Not to be underestimated, such people have no compulsion for those they see beneath them, not so long as someone else is pulling the trigger. But wait, there’s more:

Documents confirm the DNC opposition researcher attended at least one White House meeting with Ciaramella in November 2015.  She visited the White House with a number of Ukrainian officials lobbying the Obama administration for aid for Ukraine.

So he’s in on the CIA game as well. Shocked, I tell you.

The most interesting thing about this whole matter is the manner in which the whistle was blown; not by direct knowledge, but admittedly, second hand information. This creates a legal grey area concerning whistleblower protections as the testimony is hearsay. And the original source appears to have no problems exposing himself, either. LTC Alexander Vindman, another of the Burisma…I mean Ukraine advisory team, clearly violated not only his Oath to the Constitution and his Commander in Chief, but passed classified communications outside official channels from on compartmentalization to another. Whistleblower laws be damned, he’s in violation of Article 94, Mutiny and Sedition.

(a) Any person subject to this chapter who—

(1)with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;
(2)with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition;
(3)fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.
(b)A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.

That’s right, Sedition. Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent towards, or resistance against established authority.”

I’d say what’s happening here is as clear a case as one can get. Heaven only knows what Vindman was promised but one thing is absolute in my mind- he has no fear of punishment. Neither does Ciaramella, Brennan, Clapper, Black, Romney or Clinton. Because who will punish these people and risk upsetting the gravy train?

And when all this fails, what else will they do?

This weekend I’m training Riflemen. Next weekend I’m doing the same in the northeast. The weekend after that I’m training good men on advanced communications techniques in the field. What are you doing with your time?

    The Sixth Amendment provides that a person accused of a crime has the right to confront a witness against him or her in a criminal action. This includes the right to be present at the trial (which is guaranteed by the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 43). As well as the right to cross-examine the prosecution’s witnesses.

    Even if “they” don’t tell me they must tell POTUS, the accused, and we all know how good he is with Twitter

    “And when all this fails, what else will they do?”
    I think they’ll very carefully arrange to have some deranged and mentally labile patsy who can be portrayed as a Trump supporter take out Schiff or CIAramella.
    That’s why I wrote Adam Fisch Has to Die: as a warning.

    President Trump needs to go on the air in prime time and address the nation directly with the plain facts outlined here. 15 minutes of outlining the role and obvious criminal conduct of these Deep State conspirators should turn the tables of majority public opinion against the impeachment. The ramifications are enormous and it seems that legions of government employees and high office holders are guilty of treason against a sitting president. Given the stakes, I don’t think he can count on the media to give him any kind of a fair shake if he does not take his case to the American People directly.

    Probably not if they knew in advance what he was going to say, The content of the speech would have to be closely guarded. He could play it to them as if it was going to be a Nixon type 1974 address where he might even be expected to announce his resignation. Once on the air he could calmly make his case against this criminal cabal and challenge the media and the Congress to then disprove his assertions. They would be hard pressed to cut him off the air in the middle of that if he kept it reasonably short and well presented. He has made some of these points on Twitter, but that can be dismissed as online raving. Live TV is still the ultimate bully pulpit and the Office of the President is still afforded the privilege to use it when required by national interest.

    Our external enemies tremble in fear of this fierce warrior and they know that they don’t have a chance in WWIII.
