Any chance you can post the text version, too? I read a lot faster than I listen, without my brain wandering off, particularly during the ‘chit-chat’ parts of the podcast.

If you can’t do or post the text conversion, can you make the audio downloadable so I can do the conversion myself?

Great stuff NCS! I’ve read your material on Brushbeater and on AP for several years, and have taken several of your classes, and find your political and strategic analyses to be as valuable as the technical material you have shared.

Two points…

First, as somebody has asked earlier, can you make the transcript available? The information density of print is so much higher than for voice.

Second, any chance of posting these podcasts on iTunes, or Spreaker, or some other platform, for easier download onto a phone?

If you want to save the .mp3 file from the player, use Firefox, scroll up and right click on the “clock” on the player, and in that menu select “View Page Info” Once the “Vew Page Info” window pops up, then select “Media” in it. In that window you will see a list of image files and other files that make up the page you are viewing, in that list is on that is type “Audio”, click once on it and hit the “Save As” button.

For those of you wanting to download this…and are OK with .MP3 format, you can use the Firefox extension named Video Download Helper.

Yes, I know the title says video, but if there is no actual video, it will download the audio as an .MP3 file.
