Doc,

If you are using Firefox, you can press Ctrl-I and get to the Page Info screen. On that screen, select the media tab and in the window below that tab, there will be a list of files that make up the “media” of the page that you are on. One will be of type “Audio”, select it and press the “Save As” button to save a copy of the MP3 file to your computer.
