Response to: AFTER VIRGINIA: HOW TO CHANGE COURSE BY DEREK COLLINS

Originally posted over at NC Renegade, I’m reposting Wes’ response here to the political post yesterday regarding Virginia. Well written from personal experience, Wes is sharing his points to the contrary. Both views are extremely important to take into account- the need to remain politically organized despite discouraging efforts to the contrary, as well as pointing out the very real faults in the system as it stands today.

We are all far beyond frustrated with the failures of our political system. Its the reason we all spend so much of our lives trying to fix it, sometimes in vain. But I submit that the politics of today very well may not be those of tomorrow. And while I do not believe that goal will be realized absent violence, it is from that hope that we remain undaunted. I work on the hope of a better future, and though hard at times, recognizing the principles of political science when applied to their practical end are important any time, even if futile in many cases today. – NC Scout

Let me just start off by saying I read everything that NC Scout publishes at American Partisan. Thank you for publishing this article. You may read it here…

I was rather shocked at the article posted this morning. I don’t know if NC Scout agrees with the sentiments in the article but I was glad to see that he didn’t actually write it.

In response to you Derek Collins, Been There, Done That, Got the T-Shirt.

I’m glad that this will not hurt your feelings, as it will not hurt mine that you disagree with me. You know that old saying about opinions.

Everything you outlined in your article has been tried numerous times, but I have first hand experience with it. For those of you that read my articles at NCRenegade you are already familiar with this story. Allow me to fill in Mr. Collins.

My journey in your plan began sometime right before Obama was re-elected. The local Tea Party held meetings the third Tuesday of every month at a local restaurant. I decided it was time to get involved. I attended my first Tea Party meeting and almost immediately I was shaking my head in disbelief. The first topic they were discussing was whether or not they should change their name from the Tea Party. Most people were stating that such a stigma was now attached to the Tea Party name that it should be changed so that they might be able to accomplish more. Now this was my first time at the Tea Party meeting, no one knew me, but I raised my hand to be recognized. I took hold of that microphone and introduced myself, then proceeded to lay some truth on them. I basically told them that no matter what they did, they would be hated. That there was no getting along with the other side no matter our name. It’s what we stand for that they hate. Quit trying to hide and stand up for what you believe in and what is right. That’s the basic gist of what I said. After the meeting that night the two leaders of the Tea Party stopped to talk to me and expressed how glad they were that I came and that they hoped I would continue to come. So my journey in your plan began.

Now I’ll try and keep this short and hope that you will read some links I provide on your own that also tells this story. The next step in your plan I also achieved. I was nominated and voted onto the Rowan Republican Executive Committee. With my addition the Tea Party now controlled the Executive Committee by a 2 vote margin. The Rino’s were pissed. But we had outsmarted them. We did everything we were supposed to do and better than the Rino’s ever had. We got many Tea Party people elected to County Commissioner boards etc. We even had major influence over writing the North Carolina Republican Party Platform. We raised more money in the years we had control than the Rino’s had ever been able to.

Then the unthinkable happened. I had written a Censure for Rep. Richard Hudson. While the Tea Party outnumber the Rino’s the Chairman was still a Rino. I introduced the censure and all hell broke loose. I’ll provide the links here for you to read about it.

There are more articles if you just google my name and censure Richard Hudson.

A few months later at the Convention all but one of us Tea Party members on the Executive committee were voted out. It was over. The Rino’s went and got the country club Republicans and their money and were able to muscle us out of the executive committee. All because we tried holding a Representative accountable.

So you see, while you have noble intentions, there is no voting our way out of this. Take a look at the freedom index on the New American. How many elected representatives have a score over 90%?

I appreciate your thoughts. I understand where you are coming from. I am glad this will not hurt your feelings. I also will go to bed knowing that I’ve been there and done that, and that voting is useless. Good luck if you continue to choose the viscous path many have already been down. Those that have already been down that path are preparing for TINVOWOOT.

I’m curious whether or not China and Russia have decided how they’re going to split this country up after they take over while we are all preoccupied with Civil War 2.

I attended 3 Tea Party meetings and determined it was a social club for geriatrics. I bailed. Those are not the votes that will make a difference. Hell, we already had their votes. The votes we need are the 2A crowd that sits every election out. I think that’s a substantial number of votes. I bet there’s a bunch of them in Virginia right now thinking, Shit, maybe I should have voted. Attracting that vote has not been tried before. Are there enough of them? Who knows but considering the alternative I think it’s something that needs to be explored.

“Voting” would Matter if there were more than two ‘parties’ (owned by the same moneychangers), No gerrymandered ‘voting districts, no (((foreign))) Money, no Illegal Aliens (and dead democrats voting).
It is Long Past the Time where the ‘system’ can be ‘corrected’ from within. I believe that what is happening in Virginia is the (((communists))) are throwing aside any pretense of Constitutional Law, in their belief that they have enough Power to disarm the Citizens (and survive the consequences).
Maybe after the “Purge”, Voting will be legitimate again.

wont let me replay directly for some reason.

They will influence but they wont invade or occupy. they don’t have the money . China will be too busy playing colonial games in Africa like the empires of old as well, along with a crippled economy without the American market. this means a new middle class that loses everything. they wont be happy. not to mention their current economic problems.

Besides, Russia and China are historical opponents and sometimes enemies.

The Russians like i said don’t have the money to do any physical things outside of special forces “advisors” or the like. their economy is smaller than Italy’s. They are, for the most part, coasting on USSR military assets. their infrastructure much like ours is decaying. the last generation of soviet trained engineers and scientists are retiring. they will be replaced with a small cadre of peers many of whom seek immigration opportunities. plus they have a real population problem. Russians stopped having kids after the fall. they are going to have real manpower problems soon.

They will drop tons and tons of arms to whoever though. and it wont be the current ruling order.

I agree with everything in this article. We are not going to be able to vote our way out of this situation. It needs to be kept in mind that our side is the side of hard work and sacrifice which just does not sound as pleasant as the other side’s promises of free stuff. In any City the number of people who would enjoy looting a store is greater than the number of people who would enjoy building a store. Always keep that in mind. We are now at always will be a minority, we just happen to be a minority that is right.

Whether or not voting is useless, politics are part of any solution. The Left has been working on overthrowing institutions for over a century, and they’ve had a lot of help from institutions that are supposed to resist wickedness. For example, the mainline Protestant churches and Roman Catholic church have been – at best – a weather vane during all this upheaval. Americans have happily participated in no-fault divorce so that family is becoming rare. Our politics have followed.

There is a futility to everything under the sun due to man’s sinfulness. The examples of things being built-up to only be immediately torn-down are endless. Politics and government are just an endless game until the Day of Judgment. The game is played mostly by horse-trading, participation, and consensus. It’s a filthy game. Derek is right though: we have to play it with a long view. Voting may be useless at a certain level, but local (city and county) politicians might be responsive. They are going to be more important going forward. We may not even be voting in the future since representative self-government is rare in human history. But we will still have to engage with rulers and politicians. Derek was just giving us the facts of life in the present evil age.

Why is Bloomberg planning to buy a legislature in another state? Will his fortune run out before the Calitopia/Detroilet/Baltiless/Chitcago plan can be implemented nationwide?
Will the natives in those commiecrat utopias get restless when the thugs refuse to turn in their guns and own the streets even more than they already do? Will these same thugs be installed as sheriffs and police as part of the Great Leap Forward 2.0?
Will the republicans get blamed for the MAGA country failures in those republican strongholds like Detroilet or Chitcago?
When Joe Normie figures out that if voting changed anything it would be illegal by tomorrow will he just tune in to another sportsball human flea circus and get a larger jersey with another man’s name on it?

Bill Buppert stated, “Secession is the only vote that counts in history.” I agree.

I’m pretty disappointed in the overall response to the turnout to Lobby day in Richmond, as well as Phoenix. I was at both. If you don’t attend the most basic events, don’t shit people who showed up. The entire idea is we defend our rights politically, and legally to the very end. The Western Rifle Shooter contributors were pretty shitty about it, but they weren’t there. If you can’t be troubled to show up and stand outside in 18 degrees for a few hours, I’m not going to count on you to be there when shit gets stupid. I wish they wouldn’t have taken that route, online.

Several of us WERE there. The boomers that went to this bullshit don’t seem to realize it’s about far more than guns, and not only that, don’t seem to understand that a FIGHT is not about standing around until the buffet line at Golden Corral opens.

Bernies bolsheviks skewer at least twenty years younger while also being far more interested in throwing down for what they believe. You don’t. All the pollyannas could brag about was how peaceful and nonviolent they were. The Left sees you as a joke.

  11. Wilson March 12, 2020 at 14:29

This is late but I’ve been out of the country and out of communication for a while.

To NC Scout, let me summarize your political experience. You joined the local Tea Party, got very active and overthrew the RINO’s, and then were in turn overthrown by the RINO’s. And then after one defeat you gave up.

When you lose a battle, do you give up on the war?

As Derrick Collins wrote, politics is an endless battle and the winner is often the side with the most persistence. In your experience, you did not have the endurance to win. You suffered one defeat and surrendered the entire field to the enemy.

And now you extrapolate your experience to all political endeavours and you encourage others to completely cede the political field to the enemy..

With hindsight it should be clear to you – and others who had your outlook – that you were wrong about Richmond. The Richmond protest was not a resounding success but it was not a failure either. Most battles (political or otherwise) are not decisive It was certainly not the disaster that so many predicted.

Richmond was part of an opening salvo, the initial skirmish. Its another front in the war, along with the 2A movement and the local political activities and economic activities. Its not the end.

The real question that NC Scout, American Partisan, Matt Bracken, Aesop, and the rest of the doom and gloom crowd should be asking is “how did we get it so wrong?”. Don’t military people call it an after action report? You look at what you planned, what actually happened, and examine it objectively so in the future you better understand the enemy, yourselves, and the landscape, so your next plan and expectations are better?

Part is because all of you seem to be former military, mainly “trigger pullers”. People of immediate decisive action. Not people of politics, not talkers, not schemers, not ones to take the long road. Politics is foreign to you guys, you don’t have experience with it, you don’t know politicians.

Politics is power, it allows you to control money and people and resources. You guys think in terms of the power of the gun, and thats certainly a potent form of power, buts its very limited and is a literal and figurative final solution. Politics can apply power and pressure in so many more ways than a gun can, even today, and even in your home town. You ignore it and cede it to the enemy at your peril.

But if you want to ignore it, that’s a mistake but understandable. People go to what they are familiar with and for you that’s not politics. But its a crime for you to discourage and disparage others from fighting that battle.

    • NC Scout March 12, 2020 at 16:06

So you were at that shitshow, which means you wanna be that trigger puller that I am.

If you had any reading comprehension you’d have seen I did not write this. Thanks for the insulting comments and silly diatribe though, much appreciated. You seem to know us all so well. Never been a Republican. And I guess my academic experience in sociology negates any political understanding, yes? or no?

And my question to you is why a small group of AntiFa ripping down and burning the NC flag at the Governor’s Mansion two nights ago had more of a lasting impact than anything you’ve done or will do. But you obviously know so much that you don’t need my help. Why do you keep losing politically? You do understand that the follow on generations slant not just to the left, but ostensibly Marxist? Or no?

You should lay off the internet, boomer. Again, you don’t need my help. So take your ass out the door and make sure to wash your hands, corona’s a bitch for the old.

      Wilson,
boomer to boomer… You do not understand the bigger point. Richmond was a Honey Pot operation and if you were there you are part of the problem.

Who will be there when “the man” comes for your bang bang thanks to the Red Flag laws? After all, you and a bunch of other men and women gave “the man” all of your information…Willingly, while marching in Richmond. You gave it up like a crack whore wanting another hit on the pipe.

I will pray for you and similar foolish folks who can’t get their head around the fact that, pleasant dialog has passed.

What will you do when “the man” comes to your neighbors house, who was at your side at the monumental honey pot in Richmond? Seriously, what will you do? I and many readers would like to know.

This is a good discussion and I encourage you Wilson, to comment further.

      Thank you. JMc
