    Me a few years back with some friends saying to me”Stop being so paranoid with the prepping”

    The few friends in that group worth working on /keeping at/saying”This is what I have for preps mentally/actually in hand,what else/next?”

    Worse…WROL for “them” but somehow rule of law still exists for us.

    We’re all probably prepped for the scenario where the government just doesn’t have any influence in your AO (Rawles).

    We’re less well prepared for the totalitarian government that cracks down on everyone (China).

    Most of us are not prepared at all for the scenario where you get hit by the Golden Horde, and then the government finishes the job if you take any of them out.

    Eventually BLM is going to realize that they need police to take white people’s guns.

    I know the old axiom about ASSuming, but I’m finding it hard not to live under the assumption that the S won’t really HTF out in rural America until about November 4. Of course, I’m doing what I can to get my tired old 4th point in gear because life has taught me that you never get warned beforehand that stuff is about to go sideways.

    Every time in the past I was sure it was about to get busy (OKC bombing; Y2K; 911; the Hussein occupation), my countrymen suffered, while evils were sufferable, and we adapted peacefully to the new status quo. So, on the one hand I’m thankful that we have adequate warning; but OTOH it’s hard not to let normalcy bias infect my thinking, and ASSume this is just another cry of “Wolf!” I guess I’m desensitized, because logically, the nation is polarized like never before and the enemy has tipped his hand to such a degree that it’s ludicrous to imagine both sides will peacefully accept whatever the new status quo turns out to be.

    Curious if others here are organized above the fireteam level, yet. Right now is a good time to be organized along a cellular model, but after we start punching back, eventually we’ll need some kind of centralized leadership. With the geographic dispersement of this conflict, and with modern technology, I don’t see how all the thousands of little patriot units will be able to choose/appoint a centralized command structure without enemy interference, especially once we go operational. Will it be a feudal or 3rd World scenario where the most successful warlords simply are recognized with de facto rank after a while? We can forget the support of a foreign power in the coming guerrilla campaign, IMO.

    I don’t know the answers to any of these questions. And I’ll be pleased if I make it to the point where strategic leadership is the next nut we have to crack.

    Machine,feel lucky to just have a few locals to work with on the same wave length.

    I feel that there will be a lack at least in beginning things go very bad beyond leaders in mall groupss,perhaps for the best as no one to really infiltrate/just folks trying to keep themselves and groups safe.

    I feel working locally at the moment in local affairs/politics folks known through these actions might find local leaders they could work with,beyond that,not sure what to think.

    I fear the country will things go that wrong break up into regions and yes,to a degree we will have some warlords ect.

    Patriots; I remind you where are forefathers were when the Soap box failed, and it seemed the cartridge box the only remedy… Patrick Henry ~ 1775 (Before Lexington & Concorde):
    “Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation?” he asked. “Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled, that force must be called in to win back our love? …Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us; they can be meant for no other… our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne…we must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of Hosts is all that is left us!”
    Henry stood silent for a moment, letting his defiant words hang in the air. When he finally began speaking again, it was in a thunderous bellow that seemed to shake “the walls of the building and all within them.” His fellow delegates leaned forward in their seats as he reached his crescendo.

    “The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?” As he spoke, Henry held his wrists together as though they were manacled and raised them toward the heavens. “Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty”—Henry burst from his imaginary chains and grasped an ivory letter opener—“or give me death!” As he uttered these final words, he plunged the letter opener toward his chest, mimicking a knife blow to the heart.
