Belarus’ Military Ordered To Full Alert Over Disputed Presidency

Belarusian President Lukashenko has apparently ordered the nation’s military to full alert claiming that NATO forces in Poland and Lithuania are massing in reaction to the nation’s disputed election results. According to Duetche Welle,

Belarus’ BelTA state news agency on Saturday cited Alexander Lukashenko as ordering his defense minister to enact “the most stringent” army measures while visiting military units at Grodno, near the country’s border with Poland.

The autocratic six-term president again claimed NATO troops in Poland and Lithuania were “seriously stirring” near Belarus’s borders — assertions denied by trans-Atlantic leaders in recent days.

Belarus’ army must “protect the territorial integrity of our country,” said Lukashenko, adding “military support is evident,” a reference to NATO.

Lukashenko is being bolstered by Russian President Putin, who has offered Russian military assistance. Putin in turn warned the EU against interference in a call with their leadership, leading the Kremlin to make issue the following:

“The unacceptability of any outside interference in the affairs of the republic and the lack of alternatives for the settlement of all internal Belarusian problems by the leadership of this country in dialogue with its citizens was emphasized”

Clearly their stance is one of non-intervention by the West, with the contested election hinging on Lukashenko, an ally of the Kremlin and EU-friendly challenger Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya.

Both Lithuania and Poland have a contemporary fear of invasion by the Russians amid more favorable relations with NATO. US Special Operations Forces have been advising Lithuanian security forces for at least the past three years, confirmed by an official Lithuanian government statement.

With the looming domestic troubles at home, this may be the opportunity the Kremlin is looking for to expand its presence in central Europe.

Worth paying attention to. Who would have thought one young man dying of TB shooting poorly into a Grand Dukes car would have started World War 1? Lot’s of trouble out there awaiting a spark to set things aflame.

Couldn’t have said it better. So add this World finance crushing Scamdemic and the despots that are now claiming to have all the answers and we have the precursory to WW2.

      WW1 + WW2 = WW3

Might it be possible that our would be dictatorial establishment would get us into another major war to distract us from the tyranny happening right here?

All too possible. I fear you are correct.

I have some friends who live in Eastern Europe. They told me one Summer they took in a young Belarusian boy in some kind of exchange program. The boy was rail-thin and suffering from malnutrition. When they sent him back, he was healthier and carrying a load of food with him. (Those people are very nice and generous.) They aren’t fans of Lukashenko. According to them, Belarus is very poor and still not very modern. I’ve heard they never took down their Lenin statues in the town squares and their president is a dictator who tried to keep the clock stuck in 1991. None of that matters, to me. I don’t think we have any business trying to topple their government. The future of Belarus should be decided by them, not us. I think all this does is needlessly provoke the Russians.

Look at our previous successes over there. The Ukraine adventure hasn’t exactly been a roaring success and there we find ourselves literally on the side of wannabe nazis. There’s a reason why the Russians call them fascist Banderists. My Eastern European friends welcomed the Maidan movement, even when I pointed out the dark underside to it. Like a lot of Eastern Europeans, they hate Russia completely and welcome anything that erodes them, even if it’s Ukrainian fascists marching in German uniforms and waving SS banners. They didn’t want to hear about that part, or the US embassy secretly planning who the Ukrainian govt would be, or the rumors the Maidan snipers were trained in Warsaw at a police training center.

And look at our humiliating failure in Georgia. The Russians finished Georgia so quickly, it was over before we could figure out what was going on. We looked like dorks. In one week the Russians dismantled Georgia, ended their NATO ambitions, and left with all their strategic goals in the region fulfilled.

I’ve been to Russia and I liked most of the Russians I met. They weren’t the boogeymen I was raised to believe they were. Get past the tough exterior and they can be warm and friendly. One of my funny encounters in Odessa was a former tankist who proudly informed me, “I was tank driver in 8th Guards Tank Army! We defended Europe from you!” “No,” I told him, “we defended Europe from you!” “No,” he insisted, “we defended Europe from you!” I told him we’d have to agree to disagree. They were curious why we wanted to kill all of them for all those years. I told them we had been told they wanted to kill all of us for all those years. It was interesting to see how much we had in common, govt propaganda not withstanding.

If you’ll remember, James Baker promised Gorbachev in 1990 the NATO and the US wouldn’t move one step to the East past the East German border. Now, we’re in the Ukraine, Hungary, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and even Georgia. If I were Russia, I would be having kittens over these transgressions in my own back yard.

Most people don’t tend to agree with me and continue to believe the propaganda about how evil Russia is, but let me turn it around. What would you think if you found out Russia and China were in Mexico attempting to topple the government, setting up military bases, financing and arming militias, and attempting to change Mexico over to some kind of Sino-Russian client state? How would you feel if Russian tanks were on the other side of the border doing exercises in Mexico? What would you think if Chinese marines were practicing landings in Cuba or the Bahamas? You would be rightfully pissed. So the prospect of us doing that next door to Russia and expecting them not to be upset about our provocations seems absurd.

The Russians are a people with a very long memory. They don’t like to be insulted and they believe in getting revenge when you do them wrong. I’ve had some limited experience with hosting Russian treaty delegations and one of the lessons we learned was to be careful with them. They don’t forget slights. For instance, if someone accidentally broke something of theirs, when our delegation went to Russia, they would “accidentally” break something of ours. If they went into a building that wasn’t ready for them, i.e. AC was left off, when we visited them, our delegation would end up in a building with no heating. They also have a cultural fear of being viewed as backwards and ignorant. It dates back to the inadequacy they felt compared to their neighbors who weren’t conquered and dragged East by the Mongols. They’re so fearful of being considered backwards, they refused to let missionaries leave Russia, lest they tell stories of how awful Russia was. There’s also a legend they blinded the guy who designed St. Basil’s so he would never build anything better. Also, these people aren’t stupid. “Russians play chess,” as the saying goes, “and Americans play checkers.” They’re not the buffoons and villains they’re portrayed as on TV. Do not be surprised if they come up with some unique way to embarrass or hamstring us on the world stage in the near future. Based on that, I think we’re playing with fire. I don’t think this Belarus adventure will turn out well.

The saddest part about all this is I feel like Russia and the US have so much in common. We both have serious tensions with minorities, we’re both Christian-rooted, Russia was fighting islamic terror decades before we were, we could use the energy they control, we have large, mostly-educated industrialized populations, we have well-established sea-faring trade and exploration traditions, we share their kosmodrome to get into space, etc. There’s no good reason for us to be at each other’s necks. If it weren’t for the constant lamestream media drumbeat about how evil Russia is, and the left’s constant war against Russia (odd, they used to be so close a few decades ago), we might have a chance at being partners.

In Russia people who harm children are given a trial IF they Survive the angry neighbors and if found guilty are killed. That doesn’t go well with our Globalist’s Pizza-Gate pedo’s that infest our government and tech giants who “Enjoyed” Epstein’s “Pleasure Island”.

Soros is well and properly afraid of the Russians as if they get their hands on him he will have a fair trial and be killed for various crimes of harming Russia. Seems only the USA protects Soros.

Abortion in Russia is for medical reasons, NOT because you don’t want it now… Planned Parenthood “Feminist’s” abortionists are enraged about that.

Russia has little tolerance for the Gay Revolution. If they keep it in their bedrooms and don’t harm innocents they are mostly ignored. Otherwise they get a trial and punishment. This enrages the Gay Lovers in our government.

And you wonder why the Media and the Deep State hates Russia?

Russia has it’s problems but as Matthew 7:3 says

…2For with the same judgment you pronounce, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 3Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but fail to notice the beam in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ while there is still a beam in your own eye?…

We should look to our own problems and stop allowing the evil ones controlling the Media to direct our angers at someone else like Russia.
