Holy Serf Sends: Russia warns it will see any incoming missile as nuclear

Coming on the heels of the Beirut ‘explosion’:

“A harsh warning in the official military newspaper Krasnaya Zvezda (Red Star), directed at the United States, says flatly “”Russia will perceive any ballistic missile launched at its territory as a nuclear attack that warrants a nuclear retaliation.”

This comes on the heels of a massive explosion in the port of Beirut Lebanon, which wrecked about half of that city. No one has yet confirmed that a missile strike triggered a massive explosion in a warehouse where 2700 tons of Ammonium Nitrate was stored, but the timing of today’s warning from Russia, lends credence to such claims. Filtered video SEEMS to show a missile striking the warehouse and triggering the massive explosion, but no official source has confirmed a missile strike.
That video (HERE) clearly shows what appears to b e a missile, hurling into the warehouse fractions of a second before the explosion.

What other reason might Russia have for issuing such a warning?

Some of Russia’s top generals, including senior officer of the Russian military’s General Staff, Maj.-Gen. Andrei Sterlin, claimed that in the event of an attack, radar and anti-air systems will have no way of knowing if a ballistic missile has a nuclear warhead or not.

“Any attacking missile will be perceived as carrying a nuclear warhead,” the Russian military publication said. “The information about the missile launch will be automatically relayed to the Russian military-political leadership, which will determine the scope of retaliatory action by nuclear forces depending on the evolving situation.”

“Russia has designated the ‘red lines’ that we don’t advise anyone to cross,” the Krasnaya Zvezda article said further. “If a potential adversary dares to do that, the answer will undoubtedly be devastating. The specifics of retaliatory action, such as where, when and how much will be determined by Russia’s military-political leadership depending on the situation.”

The military publication clearly upped the ante in a huge way, no doubt seeking to bolster Russian diplomats’ leverage as the landmark nuclear arms reduction treaty, New START, could be on the chopping block after the US pulled out of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF). New START will expire in February 2021 if the two sides don’t agree to renew it.

As I stated in Radio Contra Episode 25, there’s a lot more to this behind the scenes than at first glance. While it can be surmised at first glance that the detonation was caused by an incoming missile, there’s at least one media outlet claiming this is false and that the thermal video that went viral is fake. The question now becomes who stands to gain and for what reason. But this response from Russia (and China’s odd silence) tells much.

Are those Blackjack bombers still in Caracas?

    Great.

And now every inbred retard in the Middle East is watching that video of the missile hitting the depot and destroying half their city.

Whether or not the video is real, you will never convince the true believers that it is a deep fake or propaganda.

Who cares whether or not you need that much military grade boom to trigger AmNi. You don’t. If I remember BOOM! training correctly, you only need about half a stick of dynamite. Technically less, but you should use a little more.

Fairly sure that much AmNi would only need a large fire for activation. Similar to other industrial accidents.

There is already a more prevalent counter-narrative concerning the origin of the warehouse fire long before the presumably faked missile video.
But like JP said above, the true believers will believe it was the Israelis, based on the fake missile video.

It’s akin to the folks who believe that the Twin Towers were loaded with demo by the CIA, prior to those big jets just happening to plow into them, piloted by Saudis who were tricked into it by the Mossad.

And JP is also correct that a large fire can boost ANFO sufficiently to cause a high-order detonation:
TEXAS CITY DISASTER: [Wiki] The 1947 Texas City disaster was an industrial accident that occurred on April 16, 1947, in the Port of Texas City, Texas, at Galveston Bay. It was the deadliest industrial accident in United States history and one of history’s largest non-nuclear explosions. A mid-morning fire started on board the French-registered vessel SS Grandcamp (docked in the port) and detonated her cargo of about 2,300 tons (about 2,100 metric tons) of ammonium nitrate. This started a chain reaction of fires and explosions in other ships and nearby oil-storage facilities, ultimately killing at least 581 people, including all but one member of the Texas City fire department. The ammonium nitrate, needed either as fertilizer or an explosive, was manufactured in Nebraska and Iowa and shipped to Texas City by rail before being loaded onto the Grandcamp. It was manufactured in a patented process, mixed with clay, petrolatum, rosin and paraffin wax to avoid moisture caking. It was packaged in paper sacks, then transported and stored at higher temperatures that increased its chemical activity. Longshoremen reported the bags were warm to the touch before loading. Another ship in the harbor, the SS High Flyer, was docked about 600 feet (200 m) away from the SS Grandcamp. The High Flyer contained an additional 961 short tons (872 metric tons) of ammonium nitrate and 1,600 metric tons of sulfur. The ammonium nitrate in the two ships and fertilizer in the adjacent warehouse were intended for export to farmers in Europe. The Grandcamp had arrived from Houston, where the port authority did not permit loading of ammonium nitrate.

[In the Texas City disaster, the AN was in prill form, each piece coated with paraffin to prevent moisture absorption. The paraffin provided the fuel oil component of the ANFO formula. Get a big enough fire going, and KA-BOOM.]

Another aspect of Beirut is the initial fire brought out thousands of witnesses, who were in the path of the shock wave when the ANFO exploded. Many were filming it on their phones while standing behind plate glass windows when the shock wave went out. Something to think about when filming “an industrial fire.”

Exactly.. The Red/Brown cloud is a sure sign of a Nitrate explosion as well.. I saw a vid, early one, one of the first, that clearly showed the fire, and the crackling and flashes of chain detonations, of what looked like small arms ammo, or fireworks.. Before the main blasts!

The simplest explanation, is usually the correct one.. Seems like many online don’t wanna hear any of that tho.. Another good one I heard, was the compression cloud, was proof of a “kinetic energy weapon”.. LOL!

Halifax Nova Scotia was flattened by a shipload of HE as well, during WW1.. Also there is WW2 US Navy film of a detonation of an Ammo ship, in the lagoon at Ulithi atoll.. incredible blast, looks almost like a nuke surface detonation.. With a vertical column of water topped by a huge mushroom, with the water cascading back down.. And it just instantly appears, like from one frame of film to the next.. Shows the delayed blast wave too..
