The Murder of Jay Bishop

Begs the question, “was this a coordinated hit team” to which I answer: Yes it is, and its the next ratchet up.

MortarGuy sends his commentary on it:

My personal observations of the video are these: as a retired big city cop of 18 years, the untrained average guy or small group doesn’t stand much of a chance in this environment if targeted. These scum know the streets and it’s tricks like we know the woods. Gaining field experience to counter these activities while undercover or overt will come at a cost. Cops make arrests of serious thugs in the cities because of years of work perfecting their craft, good intel, exhausting hours, long investigations, and a good bit of luck. The RevComs have been training for this a long time, simply as a facet of daily life in many cases. Our side is currently sucking hind tit strategically, and rapidly losing ground tactically unless we can force the fight into our own comfort zones of operation, so to speak.

Had a “BLM Rally” in Shelton WA yesterday.. A logging town on the Oly peninsula, about 30minutes south of us on US 101.. Went just to see what was happening, didn’t suit up.. Looked like 25-30 or so Antifa types, and various rainbow fruities from Olympia.. Faced by several hundred Patriot locals in a counter rally.. Some fully strapped, armored and armed up.. Looked like 40 or so WA State Troopers and the local cops present..

Nothing ugly happened, I think some locals were disappointed.. Making comments like “How come we don’t get no Action???”.. Locals kinda shoo’ed em away, like flies at a picnic.. LOL, would have been a very short fight!

Got some good video, too bad AP doesn’t have a Forum, I’d post it..

Their plan is to let this continue. Chaos is their Petri dish. What a shame. It is obvious where we are going. No matter how hard you try, nor how good you intentions are, you will never be able to reason with these people. They have a goal and they are going for it, and as we know (for them) the ends justify the means.

  4. Grenadier1 September 7, 2020 at 12:10

Complete disagreement with this assessment. You are attributing far to much skill and capability to this Starting the the title of the post.
The mans name is not Jay Bishop. its Arron “Jay” Danielson. Jay Bishop is another person that is an Alt Right activist from the Portland area. He has had clashes with Antifa in Portland before. It is possible that the shooter thought that Jay Danielson WAS Jay Bishop and thats why he shot him.

I am not discounting that this was a hit on a specific person that the Shooter had identified earlier in the evening, however I categorically disagree with the assessment presented in this piece, that there was this level of coordination and tradecraft involved in the incident.

    The Camera man.
To begin the Camera man is a known live streamer that steams almost every night. He was streaming long before the incident happened and was pushed into that area by the crowds. He was not part of the crew that did this. He was not alone, there were other live streamers at the same location filming. They tend to stay in groups following the crowds to get the best action on camera. Any one of those streamers could have been the designated camera man in your scenario. There is nothing odd or indicative of coordination in this specific camera mans behavior or actions on film.
He is not doing anything out of the ordinary while he is filming this specific place and time. He is always talking to his audience who are watching his stream live and commenting in a chat room that he is watching on his phone while he films. Just like all the other streamers are doing.
You suggest that he is somehow signaling to others when he mentions his “eyes” and that whole exchange. The victim in this shooting was carrying a large can of Bear spray. When the shooter fired his first shot went through the can and cause all of the contents to mist at once and spread over the entire area blown by the winds in the street. He was not the only live streamer reporting that the spray was in his eyes and causing breathing problems. There is no way that could have been contrived as a signal, it was a legitimate response to the pepper spray in the air.

    The cars.
I find it interesting that you fail to identify the actual car that is in question and point the finger at two vehicles that were present AFTER the event.
There is nothing to indicate those vehicles were anything more than people that were present, witnessed the event and stopped to assist. Your so called “Command and Control” Jeep does speed through the light and stops on the other side of the intersection. What happens however is that the victims party and the shooters are both crossing the street in front of them at this moment. There is another video that shows this. They are direct witnesses to the shooting, stop and pull into render aid. As does the Black Charger that revved the engine. This is just a few blocks from the sight of the protests and cars driving by revving loud engines is something that they have been doing the entire time. Its generally looked at as threatening by the protestors because they see it as an indication that the car is going to charge into their crowd. I am not discounting the idea that these cars are full of protestors or Antifa types, in fact thats more than likely. The area is just a few blocks from the protests so it stands to reason that a lot of the travel in that area is protestors. There is just nothing to indicate that they are involved in this, what you ID as signals happens all the time and would be impossible to distinguish as a signal of any type in this environment.
What you did not indicate is that there is a vehicle that likely is the lookout for this shooting. Its the RED Charger that is behind the victim in this camera view. That vehicle was seen earlier in the evening, likely followed the victims group and communicated to the shooter. That same Red Charger was seen this weekend at another protest.

    The shooter.
The shooter is no doubt with at least one other individual. He was seen the prior evening at the mob attack on the Mayors condo. He was no doubt connected to Antifa and had assistance in this attack. It is far more likely that this assistance did not extend beyond the men in the RED Charger and the additional person walking with him on the street. These individuals likely know one another and were able to communicate quickly to select the victim and attack him. Its far more likely that the men in the Red Charger followed the victim, either on foot or in their car and pointed him out to the shooter who made an attack of opportunity. Its possible that the shooter was then picked up around the block by that same vehicle. Regardless those individuals need to be found and brought in for questioning to determine their roll in the incident.

    The Lookouts.
There is nothing to indicate that anyone else provided lookout for this incident. Antifa has always used people traveling on scooters or bikes as scouts however there are also plenty of random individuals who travel on those same rental scooters and bikes in these cities. Their presence is not indicative of activity in and of itself, although one would expect to see them where incidents were happening.

I do not discount that this was more than just a single shooter taking a pop shot at a Patriot Prayer member, however I do believe that you have inflated the number of individuals involved and presented what is a small group of attackers that made an opportunity attack as a large coordinated and planned operation. That does not fit the evidence, nor does it fit the situation on the ground. The level of coordination to achieve this kind of reaction to a fast changing situation would be far higher than the protestors have demonstrated. The Trump supporters had broken up only a short time before this and the participants scattered in multiple directions to leave that demonstration. At the SAME time this was going on Joey Gibson the leader of Patriot Prayer (and a more high value target) was being followed and confronted by a crowd of protestors. That escalated into a very large crowd of protestors and Streamers that eventually attacked him and forced his group to take refuge in a closed Gas Station and await the police coming in force to extract him. HE would have been the focus of any coordination and efforts to single out a right winger and attack them had they the capability to do that. All of the eyes for an Antifa C&C element would have been tasked with identifying and locating Gibson and moving to intercept him. They would not have been focusing on a random member of the crowd tracking him down and shooting him.

Maybe, maybe not Grenadier 1. We will not know unless the members of the hit squad are arrested alive and they talk. It is all speculation on the author or your parts.

Another attack on one of our own–this just posted this morning….

    • Shinmen Takezo September 7, 2020 at 14:13

This attack was conducted by a patched member of the Mongol’s motorcycle gang. I don’t know if this attack is a result of ‘prevailing club think’ or just a personal thing with the perp (am leaning this way). FYI–the Mongol’s main HQ is just down the hill from my mountain community. It is located near the Morongo Indian reservation. The Montol’s are a huge MC with multi-state presence. They have a huge presence in San Bernadino County California. If this is a result of ‘club think’ then a whole world of shit is going to come down upon them when spicy time comes. They will no longer be able to move though my AO with impunity and without harassment.

      • Bad_Brad September 7, 2020 at 16:08

“This attack was conducted by a patched member of the Mongol’s motorcycle gang.”
Which is interesting because so far the Mongols and the Hells Angels have been at odds with BLMANTIFA. Google Hells Angels Mongols chase BLM out of Placerville.

        • Shinmen Takezo September 7, 2020 at 17:19

Bad Brad… the more I read about this, it sounds like a personal beef between the victim and the Mongol thug. FYI–if you disrespect one of these goons they will fuck you up any way they can. They are one of the most dangerous MC’s in the world. If you are a patched member, that means you have bad mojo and the MC to back you up. It may not have been political

          • Bad_Brad September 7, 2020 at 18:38

That would make sense. I live down the hill from Placerville and the Hell Angels and the Monguls joined forces to intimidate ANTIFABLM. But the C team keeps showing up here. They take issue with Placervilles nick name. Hangtown. We don’t really need the MCs help. This counties full of Red Necks with guns. There have been confirmed reports of them wondering off and taking pictures in the residential areas.

Word is, the Mongols Club has disavowed him.. He shouldn’t even be wearing the Patch..

Some more intel that should get the scrutiny/comments of Matt Bracken…

From Warrior Talk forums (Gabe Suarez)

    http://www.warriortalk.com/showthread.php?142904-FROM-AN-ASSOCIATE-ON-INTELL-GATHERING-BY-THE-ENEMY

Antifa/BLM activity and intelligence gathering in rural areas of Virginia.

The Antifa (Anti-Fascists) and BLM (Black Lives Matter) organizations need to be taken seriously as threats to the safety and security of everyone, even in rural areas like ours. These groups tend to be condescendingly stereotyped as exclusively urban, unruly mobs of immature “snowflakes” and “soy-boys” having a temper-tantrum. In this document I list several local incidents from reliable sources that strongly suggest that operatives within Antifa and BLM are highly organized, efficient, security-conscious, patient, purposeful in their actions, and highly trained.

Antifa/BLM operatives have been spotted in rural neighborhoods approximately thirty minutes outside of Richmond, specifically in Hanover and New Kent Counties, but also Charles City County. So far their activities have included intelligence gathering, auto theft, and low-level vandalism.

A witness described seeing an SUV with New York plates driving slowly through an entire New Kent neighborhood while holding up a smartphone to video record a street-view of the homes.

Witnesses in Hanover have seen similar activity. An unmarked Sprinter van will park near the center of a rural neighborhood, the doors will open, and several cyclists will deploy on bicycles described as having “the banana-style seat.” Mini motorcycles have also been spotted deploying from these vans. The riders each head in a different pre-determined direction with their phone/camera in hand. They canvass the entire neighborhood with maximum efficiency and without saying a word to any locals they encounter. Soon they return to the van, load their bikes as they arrive, and the van drives off with everyone on board.

The suspected purpose of these activities is intelligence gathering on law enforcement personnel. It is believed that Antifa/BLM is mapping out the homes of law enforcement officers to create a clandestine database to be used by their operatives at a later time.

This may seem like a tedious method for intelligence gathering, but their operatives are highly motivated and the information gathered tends to be accurate and up to date.

It is worth mentioning that non-electronic methods are in full-scale use by Antifa for sensitive communications. A member of a proactive neighborhood watch group witnessed a dead-drop on a highway overpass in Mechanicsville. A vehicle stopped on the overpass, someone exited the vehicle and left a green note under a glass Coke bottle on a rail pillar. The person returned to the car and it left. The witness immediately pulled into a parking lot to turn her car around so she could investigate the green note, but by the time she reached it, the note and the bottle were already gone. The drop location had been under surveillance.

Please do not blow this off as “old-fashioned.” These messages are impervious to electronic interception and require a high degree of coordination. If they are going to these lengths to communicate securely, the information being passed along is likely very high value.

Two small used car dealerships in New Kent County and Charles City County have been broken into and had cars stolen from them. It is believed that Antifa is responsible for these crimes, as they occurred during the first two weeks of the nightly George Floyd rioting in Richmond. In both incidents, the car thieves worked efficiently and had successfully disappeared with several vehicles long before first responders arrived.

Antifa and BLM have vowed to bring their revolution to the rural areas. They’ve been doing reconnaissance and are making their plans.

Tell them to bring their own body bag. I have no intention on burying them.

  8. ApoloDoc September 7, 2020 at 17:07

I confess that as I watched the video, it seemed to me that someone was reading a great deal into events. Reading Grenadier1’s post makes me feel a little better, as apparently I am not the only one. I have no doubt as to the malignancy of the commies, and the notion of collecting data in rural areas does not surprise me. The shooting incident, especially given what we have learned about the shooter, suggests to me that it was far less orchestrated than simply a truly bad guy finding a target of opportunity.

It seems to me that each day these events go on, as we watch our nation continues its downward spiral, the ultimate ferocity of us “anticoms” is being stoked. IOW, rage is building in the populace that will be breathtaking when it is unleashed. Contrary to some people, I don’t think it will be gradual fading out of the “good guys” giving up, but a dramatic reaction with overflow & blow-back from years of pent up rage at watching the slow decline.
