Faraday Bags for Fauci’s America, by Silicon Valley Sniper

I keep hearing Generalissimo Fauci talking about a long, dark winter this pandemic season. Bold words from an entrenched federal employee whose department budget rises and falls based on how much people fear ‘rona. Biden has been parroting Fauci’s comments, a worrisome development. Hard to say how this will all play out, but I’m preparing for something unconstitutional.
Maybe a vaccination passport is used so you have to ‘show your papers’ if you want to go anywhere. Maybe drones are deployed to enforce an illegal lockdown. Biden’s BFFs in China have been chasing citizens with drones for some time now. If you haven’t seen The Running Man, it’s a good look into where these sorts of games can go.
But this is a big country, so how are they going find out if you’re not complying? It’s easy if you have a mobile phone. Your phone constantly checks in with nearby cell towers. This is actually a helpful feature since the phone company needs to know which tower should send calls to your phone. But it can also be used against you. Imagine a ‘geo-fence’, or a virtual wall, is placed around your neighborhood. As soon as your phone connects with a tower on the wrong side of the geo-fence, it’s game over.
Another concern is government use of StingRay devices. These handy tools will pretend to be a cell phone tower and trick your phone into sharing data. This could put you on a list of people at a specific place and time. Then maybe later you get a knock at the door, like this guy.
Connecting your phone to WiFi can also give away your position, as can Bluetooth. Free apps will steal your GPS data (it’s in the fine print). This ‘marketing data’ is then sold to pay for the ‘free’ app. Sadly, federal agencies are buying this data as a sneaky way to get around warrants. I think it’s unconstitutional, but check the 4th Amendment and decide for yourself.
Phone tracking threats are complex, but the solution can be simple. If you put your phone in a faraday bag like this one, it will block all the wireless signals that give your position away. Or you could look into using software settings to quiet your phone. But I’ve found it pretty darn convenient and reliable to just slip my phone in and out of a faraday bag. Or you could make a faraday cage with stuff laying around the house. It’s not rocket science, just be sure to test it out so you know it works.

Coffee grounds come in a foil mylar bag. Works as a faraday cage if the you seal up the open end tight. Stick your phone in the bag, seal the end up tight and try ringing your cellphone. Test it first!

A man who will shell out the money for a cell phone, but “secures” it in a battered coffee bag because he won’t shell out the money for a purpose built faraday bag, is a man who doesn’t deserve privacy. He’s too lazy and foolish for his own good.

About the coffee bag faraday cage I DID test mine. Phone rang loud and clear when I called the cell phone well sealed inside that coffee bag.

Maybe different coffee bags have different levels of “Protection”? Maybe my cell phone tower had a stronger signal that yours and penetrated that “Homemade Faraday Bag? I put my cell phone inside my microwave to test, *Still* rang when I called it. 5 G capabilities unknown eh?

Personally I’d TEST the Amazon purchased Faraday Bag several times near local cell phone towers to “Test” it.

How about NOT bringing that government approved surveillance device with you everywhere you go?

I’m not an expert in electronic eavesdropping but I DO read of Court Cases that used electronic eavesdropping data to convict. I’d be MORE than a Little Surprised if the modern “Smart Phone” and it’s sisters Alexia and Siri etc. have storage ability to be tapped for data when “Pinged” IF your a “Person of Interest” (or given the NSA’s suck everything up and sort it out later…) all persons electronic data…

The coffee bag doesn’t work. There’s no real seal.

The mission darkness bags are the only ones I suggest.

      • SOG December 16, 2020 at 10:36

you need real bags with ESD protection qualities, Mission Darkness or ESD electronic bags, they look mylar etc.. and the burner phone guys wont stop rationalizing it, just watch the “wire” on HBO and see how those “burner phones are used to bring down narco traffickers.
Listen to guys with EW experience ditch the phone on ops.

I have a Tarris bag, seems to work when properly closed as no phone signal ringing when dialed and always starts searching for a network when phone removed, that said,is it “good enuff”,I do not know.

I feel that while you might want phone on when using said bag may wear battery quicker as it spends energy searching out a signal, hence, usually I not only shut phone off but also bag.

This reminds me to also buy a couple of burn jobs, one thing(of many!)that I am missing.

Don’t waste your money. There’s no such thing as a ‘burner phone.’

I have listened to a bit and will continue later, got about a 1′ of snow coming in(have as always plenty of bread and milk!)but just getting everything in order so I don’t need to hit the genny’s,i.e.coffee/shower/laundry ect.

I would use the burners literally as a one shot call unit and dump while on the move, gives me up am likely toast anyhow.

I have never owned a “smart phone’ that connects to net ect(at least from my end) but will give the wifi info. a better listen, thanks.

This is a waste of time and money.

Second comment here, thanks for listing the site for bag, full of all sorts of interesting products,me debit card hates you!

  5. Augray December 16, 2020 at 09:51

What’s the point in carrying your phone around in a faraday bag if your location is disclosed the minute you take it out and use it? Might as well just leave it at home. Or am I missing something?

    • James December 16, 2020 at 10:01

Augray,I get your point but perhaps you need phone to make emergency call ect.,you can after call shut back down and move on.You may be going places you want no one to track you to(thus ,do not use phone at all)but again want it for the future part of your travels.

This is why I mentioned my pursuit while one still can of a few burners bought with cash, properly masked(virus, you know!)and hatted and bought well away from your homestead, tried on a junk # well away from home and then deep storaged.

I agree, you may be at a point in life when the phone is not with you at all, perhaps phone traveling alone in a trash bin on a long distance train ride ect.

      • NC Scout December 16, 2020 at 10:10

“Need to make an emergency call”: It’s called social engineering. “Hey my car broke down, lemme borrow your phone”

By picking up a ‘burner phone’ all you’re doing is giving yourself new data points. At some point, rather quickly, the patterns of life will intersect along with the IMSI and IMEI numbers. If you don’t know what those are, you’re already finished.

This is reality, not some bullshit wannabe tradecraft from the 1990s or early 2000s. I detailed the way around this in that podcast link. I strongly suggest taking notes while listening.

      • wwes December 16, 2020 at 12:48

If you’re carrying that phone from point A to point B you’re giving them data. At the very least you’re giving them data on your patterns. It’s a safe bet that when you’ve been at those two points, you were probably somewhere in between as well. And those phones don’t need to be turned on or have a battery to be tracked.

I highly recommend listening to the episodes of Radio Contra that deal with this stuff (all of the episodes are worth the time for that matter) NC Scout knows his stuff, and he is warning us of a very real danger, along with giving us info on how to begin mitigating it. What he’s giving us only scratches the surface, but it’s a damn good start. For that matter take one of his classes, any of them (or all of them) and you will learn a LOT, and realize just how much you don’t know. You learn a lot in person that isn’t on the web. He’s not the only one putting this information out there, but I am fully convinced that he knows his stuff.

The other side IS training, and they aren’t running around telling everyone where they are with their phones- at least the smart (and dangerous) ones aren’t. They are not our friend, they don’t want a fair fight, therefore we need to be doing everything we can do to give them an unfair fight in exactly the opposite way from what they want and expect. A huge way to do that is through our electronics usage, or lack thereof.

      • wwes December 16, 2020 at 12:51

I forgot to add too- people dealt with “emergencies” for a long time before we had cell phones. Radios are one great tool for this.

        • James December 16, 2020 at 17:22

WWES,lived quite a long time without a cell phone and thus understand your point of view.My view of emergency is seeing a accident/job site accident ect.,and trying to assist to best of ability as always have a basic care kit in vehicle, first though, need to try and get “qualified” help on it’s way before I do anything else.

I see a point to these bags, some I guess do not which is fine.

I this evening will be giving podcast on using wifi for better calling a listen, though, would then need a “smart phone” to get this working,my phone just not set up for wifi/nav ect.,makes and receives calls.

One more reason for burn phone is,well,I lose me cell/drop me cell though tough I could on job ect. break it,2 is 1 and all that.

I am also updating to paper me contact lists so do need back up phone have a directory for said phone.

          • wwes December 17, 2020 at 08:09

            James,
I understand what you’re saying as well. I’m not saying we should all ditch our phones right now, they do have uses in our day to day life. What I’m implying is that there are times that those phones need to stay somewhere that is part of our normal day to day lives rather than with us. And I agree that the bags have a purpose, but I believe that most people use them for the wrong things, and incorrectly think that they are some kind of magic cloak of invisibility.
I’m with you on having paper backups, I try to routinely make sure that my important info is on paper as well.

How about a 50cal ammo can? It’s a nice handy RF shield.
From my tests, WiFi & Cellular don’t slip thru the crack, so I think it’s probably pretty secure.

More of the Burner Phone Junkies in the comments…
Y’all are gonna catch a Laser Guided Hydra missile, or Hellfire, to the face.
Your whole house/car is gonna explode into a million pieces.
    That’s best case scenario.
Worst case scenario is that you walk outside and catch a 5.56/7.62 to the heart as soon as you are ID’d.
After which someone walks up to your dead body, snaps an HD photo of your face, and you are declared as “Killed”.
And then your file gets a red “X” over the photograph, and you are filed under “VDD” for “Very Dead Dumbass”
Every single time we got shot at by a sniper/marksman within 500 yards in an urban environment they got away.
No exceptions. We never caught them. That I am aware of.

Stick STRICTLY to what the authors of this website are telling you.
