I swear by them too. BOTACH runs a lot of sales on Tru-Spec clothing. In fact, the Pro flex style he talks about in the video are on sale for $39 right now. https://botach.com/tru-spec-24-7-series-pro-flex-polyester-cotton-rip-stop-pants/

Botach runs some really good sales on all kinds of name brand stuff. I bought some SealLine dry bags and waterproof duffels from them a couple of years back for half the normal price.

I have 3 pairs of Truespec, all the same size,(ordered thru Botach)on one and then two pairs the snap buttonn would not hold, third pair was and still is just fine.I called Truespec/explained and without even verifying sale from Botach sent me two pairs which snaps work just fine, they have my business forever they keep that line of customer service up and spread the word everywhere about em(including here).

Needless to say had a regular button fly added and now have a few extra pairs.

I do wish they would make a set with a knee pad pocket under the knee flex spot, guess will just make some home mad ones.

I would like a heaviermaterial pair of pants along the same line for construction, the spec(and most pants)hate nails/screw rips/sharp wood edges ect.,that said,a lot of working room in em for construction.

      https://www.gusset.com/defender/mens
With Kevlar panel for abrasion protection.
I wear these for construction and when I used to bounce. You can really, really abuse them. It takes about 8 years of HARD use for a pair to fail. And they are still basically acceptable for yard work, painting, or wood processing

      These things are basically indestructible.

“The American Made Defender® Motorcycle Jean Covers You Where It Counts, Yet Is So Comfortable You May Forget You’re Wearing Abrasion Protection. That’s Because The Defender® Is Reinforced With Durable Aramid Fiber In The Seat, Hips, And Knees. We Added Our Trademark Gusset In The Crotch For Extra Comfort And Flexibility. Plus, There Are Velcro Closures At The Ankle And An Extra Sixth Front Welt Pocket To Accommodate Your Phone. This Defender® Jean Is Constructed Of Our Heavyweight Pre-Wash Blue Denim With Flexible Woven Protective Fiber Inlayed Underneath. Liner Is Made With 50% Cotton, 40% Lycra And 10% DuPontTM Kevlar® Fiber. *DuPontTM And Kevlar® Are Trademarks Or Registered Trademarks Of Affiliates Of DuPont De Nemours, Inc. Note: Diamond Gusset Cannot Guarantee The Abrasion Protection Will Protect From Road Rash. The Results Would Depend On The Surface, Speed, And Length Of Road Contact. Ordering The Wrong Inseam Could Result In Poor Knee Coverage”

If Hawkeye cloned this design with kneepad inserts, map pockets, and glove/headgear pockets; I would purchase $600 dollars worth right now. Which might be like 3 pair? Call it $750 cause 2020 reasons.
He could skip the kevlar panel($$$) and use duffel textile material.
Hell, I would move to Florida and help him sew.

Johnny, thanks for link, checked em out and at moment have a sale on “irregulars”,if just cosmetic will give those a shot.

I may one day again ride steel horses and could see these if bad things happen help at least minimize “road rash”!

You end up sewing in Fl. let us know, will get a couple of pairs meself!

Happy New Year all here, while I hope 21 works out better am planning for the opposite, will be very glad if plans/preps are for naught.

Tru-spec having a month long (April) sale on their some 24/7 line of pants, men’s and women’s. 20% off on website.

    Men’s: https://www.truspec.com/24-7-series/pants?kc_id=504&ke_id=57295338&kel_id=3521494872&ref=3521494872

    Women’s:. https://www.truspec.com/24-7-series/womens-apparel?kc_id=504&ke_id=57295338&kel_id=3521494873&ref=3521494873

I’ve had good experience with their 24/7 rip-stop pants for work, and just about ready to switch to their Ascent pants for same; comfortable, stretch in all the right places, and thigh pockets well placed. IMO anyways.

Boom, even better. Didn’t mean to step on AP’s toes for possible revenue stream. I get so many sales emails and many times my phone browser (brave) that I don’t see who the site’s sponsors are.

        My apologies.
