Great information here from Wired (of all places). This may be crucial in the future for hiding in plain site from surveillance systems such as cameras and drones.

I hope you archive these under a tag like “Spycraft, Tradecraft, Stealthcraft” or something that is easily searchable.
These are great. In the 21st century, we all need to be students of stealthcraft.

Good basic article on showing a “public face” that cannot be used against us.
We are engaged in a very real not so cold civil war in our country right now. Having cemented the fraudulent seizure of power, the socialist left is rapidly moving to apply hostile cancel culture on conservatism. Trampling on the 1st Amendment, they are demonizing anyone who dose not agree with them by painting them as racist and domestic terrorists. They mobilized the federal law enforcement and national intelligence agencies by declaring everyone who does not agree with them as “domestic terrorists” and have begun mobilizing the forces used overseas supported by laws like the US Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy Act and no doubt the big finance companies along with their running dogs of social media to identify anyone who meets their profile of a right wing domestic terrorists. They are beginning the rhetoric of “reconciliation” which like in South Africa actually meant identifying enemies of the new state for “Special Attention.”
Carlton Tucker did a piece on his show about the Bank of America reviewing the banking records of its customers to identify anyone who had transacted in the Washington DC area on Jan 6 to include ATM, credit card transactions especially at hotels etc, gun stores, and travel businesses. They shared that information with the FBI. Some 200 customers were identified and at least one of the was interviewed by the FBI.
There was a story on the news about two men from Texas who had their social media accounts flagged as they made references about going to DC on Jan 6 and had pictures of them on the front lines of the protest but not inside the Capitol. None the less, the FBI served early morning search warrants on their house but made no arrests.
Those actions trample not only the 1st and 4th Amendments but with their focus on gun stores impinges on on the 2nd Amendment. The fact that the federal government can traverse such a broad range of civil rights also ignores the 14th Amendment.
DO NOT THINK WE ARE NOT IN DANGER OF LOSING OUR REPUBLIC!
THE WAR IS NOW, WE ARE ON OUR OWN. NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE US.
WE NEED TO BE PREPARED TO SAVE OURSELVES!

This is a good history lesson. Good for the archives. I doubt the CIA and other intel agencies foreign or domestic use this anymore. They don’t have to. The informants, sources of information and the targets are pretty much located in one place. They are located on Facebook, Twitter and other social media. Amazon and Google provide the platforms. They also have contracts with federal law enforcement and the military. No need for an operative to go anywhere. Just make an appointment at Facebook or Google and there you have it. At Facebook, the operative only need reach out to their GSOC (Global Security Ops Center), where former CIA counter intel officer Nick Lovrien is in charge. Yes, Facebook has it’s own global intel operation. Imagine that. I’m sure Nick’s old buddies at the CIA are tickled that he stays in touch. Human intelligence is a thing of the past for the alphabet agencies. They don’t need it they make shit up. They will use what you say on Facebook, Twitter etc. The days of spycraft are gone for these agencies. Doesn’t mean we can’t use them.
