Flea markets are your friend for these tool things. Buy multiples and check for function and look for other preps stuff….its there….root! I found 200 .224 HP pills in the back of a costume jewelry case last weekend at a podunk mart. I almost missed them as I wasnt looking specifically, but because I took my time they jumped out.

As someone who wasted 7 years on a Literature minor and a History Major I can relate to the wasted time in college thing. I now need to move to a small town with a technical school and begin another three years of school out of my own pocket.
    I’ll be almost 40 when I’m done…

You tube is excellent for this. I took an F250 diesel down to frame, axle rebuilds, cab off, heads off , injectors – the works. I don’t know if I would have chanced it otherwise. I have good mechanic friends but they are all too busy to spend much time with an amateur. This forced me to learn. Doing is the best way. This is the golden age of parts and tool/price ratio. Not for much longer. Same with radios, I hated the thought of learning about them but now I am getting my act together thanks to Scout’s lecturing.

Johnny, there is nothing wrong at all with a history/English education, sure, may not make you the big bucks but still valuable.
As I am not sure what trade you are pursuing, is there a way to just learn it as a helper/apprentice and get paid while you learn, and
in the trades perhaps some hours required night school for the license ect.
Good luck in your pursuit of more education in the trades but the other knowledge you learned also has value.
I have well over a decade on you and was just before the beer virus was getting into Systema.Has been over a decade since training regularly in martial arts and felt go for it while I could still handle being thrown into walls ect.
I also want to build a small forge and just heat things up and try and learn how to mold them.
A lot of folks taught me carpentry/auto mechanics ect. and find great satisfaction in helping others learn and find at times they look at something differently and I end up learning from them.
I personally am glad you got the “formal education” as believe it helped you with presenting many recent articles that while I knew a little/was vaguely aware of some more for the most part was new to me and thus things I need/will work on which have done already to a small degree.
I feel the day I stop learning is most likely the day I have permanently moved on!

I do not think a civil war will resolve the current threat to our Constitutional Republic. In fact, I think it is probable that a civil war will strengthen the forces that want to destroy America. America simply needs to enforce the current laws we have on the books against treason and traitors. We can reduce the threat to our Constitutional Republic quickly by bringing justice to about 100 traitors. We all know who they are. It isn’t our knucklehead neighbor or young misguided relative. We know who the traitors are. Americans simply need to enforce current law against treason and traitors.

Your best friend is a neighbor willing to “show you the way”. Don’t avoid the Coors or High Life drinking man in the neighborhood as he may be a Jack of all trades willing to teach or show how to do things many modern men don’t know when it comes to tools.
