BMP-Terminator: Designed after the lessons of the Chechen War
This has been cloned by the Chinese for export sale.
And is, reportedly, designed after the lessons of the Chechen Wars.
Better weapons, Better Visibility, Better Survivablity.
Specifically made for use against Guerrilla Riflemen.
Video footage by the Russian Ministry of Defense and Russian National TV shows the incredible Russian BMPT “Terminator” infantry fighting vehicle in action during two live fire exercises. The first one shows the BMPT during a combined arms live fire exercise together with Russian tanks the other one is more of a general live fire demonstration showing the firepower of the BMPT Terminators weapon systems on a Russian military live fire shooting range.
For some this machine is currently the most powerful IFV in the world and some will say it is expensive crap but what ever your opinion is you have to agree that it is just a beautiful machine armed to the teeth.
The BMPT “Terminator” (Tank Support Fighting Vehicle) is an armored fighting vehicle (AFV), designed and manufactured by the Russian company Uralvagonzavod. his vehicle was designed for supporting tanks and other AFVs in urban areas. The BMPT is unofficially named the “Terminator” by the manufacturers. It is heavily armed and armored.
This AFV is armed with Ataka-T Guided Weapon System armed with four 9M120 Ataka missile launchers, two 30 mm 2A42 autocannons, two AG-17D grenade launchers, and one coaxial 7.62 mm PKTM machine gun

Awesome beast…
Question regarding its weaknesses in general?
Molotov defense?
track defense?
Tank traps and such?
Ability to climb into/out of/over obstacles?
Basically, how to kill it w unconventional stuff..
Good questions.
I would riddle it with API from a semi-auto Barrett at a distance of 100 meters.
While rocking the optics and glass with Small Arms Fire.
Actually, Skip that, This thing is basically a full sized tank.
Does PSA sell these?
Dammit….where’s the upvote button?

Brother, Where’s the Add to Cart and Checkout Button?
looks like a mobility kill first followed by small drone drops of strategically placed thermite
Solid Idea.
However the Chinese one has a mothership drone.
Which means they have antenna for that Drone.
Which means they can use that antenna to attack your drone.
Where is the air intake for the engine? What kind of air filter does it have? What would a bag of flour do if “inhaled” into that area? What about a gallon of gas or kerosene?
Solid Ideas.
However, there will be several of these.
Supported by dismounted Infantry and BMP carriers.
Needless to say, when one of these roles into your AO, you have a freaking problem.
Sticky bombs…

Needs fuel, needs ammo, crew has to get out sometime to pee, eat and sleep, the supply trucks are the best way to stop armor in general.
Johnny that unit has some pretty good thermal sights. In the Chechen used to do such point blank heavy machine gun fire from ruins to kill light armor like the BMP. So the Russians developed the through the walls Thermals. Russians are not shy about dumping a few HE Tank Rounds into occupied buildings after the Chechen ambushes.
The interior is extra large so they can live in the tank.
How does Thermal work through walls?
The tower on top looks like it also has close in LIDAR. The later T 90s have it. Automatically slews to source of projectiles or activates the appropriate reactive armor tile in the case of the MBT. That the US hasn’t this is criminal.
If you point a laser at a modern tank. It automatically aims directly at you while sounding a wild alarming in the tank and flashing red light sirens in the tank.
Modern Combat vehicles are robots with an operator.
