ANDY NGO REPORTS: San Diego Trans Antifa member pleads guilty for Pacific Beach attacks w/commentary
It appears that there is finally going to be some minor jail time for some ANTIFA violence.
“38-year-old Antifa member and career criminal in San Diego is the first to be convicted over a violent Antifa conspiracy to attack Donald Trump supporters and beachgoers at Pacific Beach in January 2021.”

“Yach also pleaded guilty to unlawfully using tear gas as a weapon, and working with four other named Antifa rioters to assault another victim “by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury.”
The plea deal got Yach out of quite a bit of extra jail time.
” If Yach had been convicted of all charges in the Antifa riot indictment, she could have gotten 16 years in prison just from the special allegation that she committed 8 new felonies while out on bail for a previous felony.”
Of course because our “justice system” is anything but just, their fellow co-conspirators are out on bail paid for by their cronies and Yach is only expected to be sentenced to 4 years and 8 months even though they are already a repeat felon and are being convicted of multiple serious felonies.
I recommend reading the article in full to get an idea of the seriousness of the targeted political violence the members of ANTIFA planned and executed against trump supporters and the corresponding lack of charges, 0 federal attention, and media coverage. It will be interesting to continue to follow this and see what happens with the other defendants.
