I watched the Belaruss sabotage clip a few times. It looks more like a large firework like antifa was throwing at Portland Courthouse. Could that have been a training op or threat to act? An explosion big enough to bend a rail would likely have killed the photographer as video position looked damn close. Im concluding that we are being played by everyone. Just my opinion-only got to blow up something once before failing blowing-stuff-up school.
