Musk is covering his ass. Something has happened in the AI world. Whether it is singularity or some other problem. He talks about public opinion and how AI can affect it. Public opinion = 85% of the public. The rest of us are free thinkers and don’t spend our time on social media. The question is what does the 15% do, to guide the rest of this country? Or can we do anything at all. BTW Google is “Skynet”.
