Transgender Suspect With Communist Manifesto Arrested for Planning Shootings at Schools, Churches: Police

Another aspiring transgender mass-murderer has made headlines, but this one was stopped before he could massacre Christians and children, rather than after, The Daily Wire reported.

The suspect appears to have been “transitioning,” and a family member reported to police that the would-be domestic terrorist had “severe anger issues.”

Police described the filthy conditions of the home, which included “numerous” containers of half-eaten, moldy food, and so much piled trash that it was difficult to walk through the home. Also evident, reportedly, were holes punched in the walls by the suspect, as well as a door that he had torn from its hinges.

The news went public Thursday, but the arrest occurred March 31.

According to an affidavit, investigators found the suspect’s manifesto, a dry-erase board with floor plans, and a list of names in a notebook.  Police also found “The Communist Manifesto,” by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, and plans for detonators and improvised explosive devices. The suspect also had looked into the 3-D printing of guns.

In two different notebooks, deputies found more floor plans, and  drawing of a clock to use as a detonation device. Written pertaining to the clock was, “Remove clock intemials and drive a screw into the desired detonation time on the face of the clock,” and “Is this what they meant when they said making a mockery of the massacre?”

“Whitmore stated she watched a video on YouTube on ‘how to do it’ regarding the picture of a detonator,” local outlet KRDO reported.

Investigators noted that the dry-erase board appeared to have a floor plan of a school drawn upon it, complete with labels identifying the office, bathrooms, classrooms, and the different levels.

The suspect allegedly targeted Timberview Middle School, Prairie Hills Elementary, Pine Creek High School — some or all of which he had previously attended — and “other targets were churches,” KRDO reported. Its headline included “school shootings” but did not include mention of churches or bombs.

Just one day before this story broke, the same outlet published a piece entitled, “‘Books not bullets,’ Colorado Springs students join nationwide protest of gun violence.” Ironically, this latest aspiring Colorado mass-murderer possessed the former but not the latter.

The suspect’s notes also named and discussed several other school shooters.

The 19-year-old was charged with criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree (two counts), criminal mischief, menacing, and interference with staff, faculty, or students of educational institutions.

As of this writing, it is unknown if CBS will bar staff from using the word “transgender” in reference to the suspect. The White House has not yet responded with a call to pass additional gun control legislation.
