Also, a fuel shortage similar to what occurred back in mid 1973 thru much of 1974. Along with it, price increases. Remember it quite well. One survival tip I picked up over the past 50 years. Keep the tank full! Lots of reasons, rationing, self serve stations with limited hours or that moment when it comes time to leave or else. Yes, a full tank could be a life saver.
Perhaps… that’ll piss folks off enough.
