Ex-Fox News host Tucker Carlson suggested Monday that Obama is “disingenuous” in his public support for Biden’s re-election campaign, per an “unusually good source.”

Biden, 81, alarmed Democrats with his performance at Thursday’s presidential debate, where he bungled answers and appeared weak and confused.

“Obama’s tweet supporting Joe Biden was disingenuous,” Carlson wrote on X.

“In private, Obama is telling people Biden can’t win, and he is therefore in favor of an open convention.”

Carlson blasted Obama for not directly stating who he supports in his recent post about Biden, nor acknowledging “as of yesterday afternoon had he met personally with Biden to deliver the message.”

Carlson then pivoted to highlight the poor relations between the Obama and Biden families, noting that “at times they’ve been hostile.”

He cited Jill Biden as a major factor contributing to this “deteriorated” relationship, dubbing her the “driving force behind her husband’s reelection campaign.”

The former Fox host continued: “The next generation of potential Democratic candidates understands all this as an opportunity and they’re circling, particularly Gretchen Whitmer, who is promoting herself aggressively.”

Obama seemingly defended Biden just one day after his disastrous debate performance.

“Bad debate nights happen. Trust me, I know,” the former president said on X.

“But this election is still a choice between someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself.”

Michelle has not campaigned for the incumbent ahead of November because she reportedly did not appreciate how Biden’s family treated her friend Kathleen Buhle during her messy divorce from Hunter.

Axios reported that Michelle told others that the Biden family wronged her friend and blamed Buhle for some of the lurid details of Hunter’s behavior becoming public.

Bill O’Reilly echoed a similar sentiment to Carlson on Monday, arguing that “the decision has” already “been made” to oust Biden from the 2024 ticket despite supportive statements from prominent figures like Obama.

O’Reilly claimed Biden will be leaving the race because of his abysmal internal polling paired with fundraising that is “drying up.”

“So, it’s over for Joe. But the White House doesn’t yet know how or when to make the announcement,” O’Reilly continued in a subsequent post.

He later argued that “powerful voices inside the Democratic Party understand that the President cannot win reelection,” admitting he cannot confirm the statement as fact due to source anonymity but still believes it to be true.

“Expect this. Sometime soon, President Biden will step aside as President Johnson did in 1968,” O’Reilly added.

“But first, the K Street Democrats in DC have to quietly float replacement names with the top liberal media moguls.”

“Something as monumental as this is not done spontaneously. The liberal media and Hollywood money people will have input.”

O’Reilly summarized his Monday statement by writing, “What is absolutely certain is that Joe Biden is finished as a powerful man.”

“Shortly, he will have to go quietly into the night, pretty much dragging Jill Biden with him.”
