Three Beheaded In Spain Just Days From Each Other, Sparking Nationwide Protests

A trio of gruesome crimes in Spain last week have sparked nationwide protests calling for the mass deportation of immigrants that have been brought into the nation.

On Tuesday, July 29, a 40-year-old Spanish man was found dead on train tracks in Valencia, Spain, having had his throat slashed so fiercely that his head was separated from his body. The primary suspect in the murder was described by Spanish outlet Las Provincias as “a man of Algerian origin,” when translated.

The outlet also stated that “officers are also on the trail of a black man, who was with the attacker and who could be involved in the crime.”

The outlet noted that while officers sought the suspects they were unable to find them, and that the only information about the murderer was from the witnesses to the crime, as well as a shirt stained with the victim’s blood which was found near the scene.

No motive has yet been determined.

Less than 30 hours later, a second man was found dead in the town of Carcaixent, just south of Valencia, per RMX News, which also reported that a third person, a 57-year-old woman, was found dead in the town of Cuenca, about two hours west of Valencia.

RMX News also reported that “the murder is very similar with multiple stab wounds to the neck and her throat slit,” and noted that “authorities have refused to offer any further detail into the circumstances of the cases at this time.”

Several prominent voices have called on European governments to begin a mass deportation program for these immigrants, including MMA legend Conor McGregor.

“Despicable! This is ever present nowadays,” McGregor wrote on X. “I would implement some deportation effort I tell you that now. Guaranteed. Danger? Out!”

Additionally, protestors in Spain were caught on camera Saturday afternoon, carrying Spanish flags and reportedly chanting, “Spain is Christian and not Muslim.”

The news comes as other parts of Europe have begun facing pushback for their mass immigration policies. Over the past week, England has seen protests across the nation after three children were killed by an African migrant, prompting anti-immigration protests in the northern half of the nation.

“A lot of the resentment and anger that’s been felt, you can see online and in sentiments being expressed, grievances from the white British working class, resentment against mass migration, illegal migration, Islam, economic issues and a whole number of grievances,” said journalist Andy Ngo in a video explaining the situation.

“The core of this is building up, I would argue, decades of issues between different communities in…England not mixing well together, and the government ignoring some of those grievances, and a series of Islamic terrorist attacks over the years has built up a certain amount of anger.” he said. “It’s spilled out in these really horrible, ugly scenes where you see rioters in the streets attacking drivers, smashing up businesses, setting police cars on fire, accosting various people and then assaulting them.”

Additionally, Irish protestors, both Catholic and Protestant, have marched alongside each other in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and rallying against mass immigration.

“We’ll have to wait and see what happens next, but things are quite tense right now,” Ngo said. “it won’t take much for things to potentially escalate a lot more.
