Justice for J6 Prisoners? Matt Gaetz AG Nomination May End ‘Insurrection’ Charade
President-elect Donald Trump’s nomination of Matt Gaetz to become the next U.S. Attorney General is causing panic among D.C. insiders who have long pushed the establishment narrative that the events of Jan 6, 2021 were an “insurrection.”
Gaetz, who served as a Republican Congressman from Florida until his resignation late Wednesday following Trump’s AG nomination announcement, has been an outspoken critic of the J6 Committee and the weaponization of the U.S. Dept. of Justice (DOJ).

Trump and Gaetz have both fiercely opposed how the DOJ, under current AG Merrick Garland, has been used to prosecute political opponents and also authorized federal law enforcement agents to harass peaceful families who had protested at school board meetings.
The former Congressman has openly advocated for J6 prisoners who have been imprisoned for years while awaiting trial for charges as trivial as “parading without a license” and his nomination for AG has sparked hope that those who are unjustly accused will be vindicated and that genuine justice will take place for them and their families.
To date, not a single person has been charged with insurrection in connection with the events of J6.
Matt Gaetz was one of the few members of Congress who fought for the #J6 political prisoners…

Gaetz was among a number of staunchly conservative GOP House members last year who succeeded in having then House Speaker Kevin McCarthy removed for failing to keep his promise to release the J6 surveillance video tapes from the U.S. Capitol.
While Gaetz has faced pushback from legacy media and various political insiders, his nomination marks a clear departure from the 2-tiered justice which has seen individuals who were simply near the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6, 2021 hunted down and charged criminally, while Black Lives Matter and antifa rioters were either protected or ignored by the justice system.
Every single J6er who has been targeted by the weaponized Biden/Harris regime must be pardoned!
BLM/Antifa rioters who caused over $1 billion in damage across the country were either bailed out by Kamala Harris and Ilhan Omar or never put behind bars in the first place.
We must… pic.twitter.com/71ZjdyvnKH

Gaetz may encounter strident partisan resistance to his nomination but if he is confirmed, it’s likely that the public will learn facts about J6 that may put to rest the current administration’s insurrection narrative once and for all.
