Don’t poke a sleeping bear. We and NATO are ramping it more than necessary for a non-NATO partner and it’s not for democracy. Putin is in the back corner due to the media and what do you expect him to do? Sit and take it? What is Russia wanted to put long range missiles in Cuba? That didn’t go very well and only got out of WWIII by a hair. How do you think Russia feels like, they’ve been attacked their entire history. That’s how they think, so why provide a non-winnable war for Zelenskyy and chance WWIII for a European issue. Didn’t we learn that lesson in both WWI & WWII?
Bottom line is it worth WWIII just seeing that we have no known ADA system that can stop an ICBM hypersonic strike. And the Russians just demonstrated they have the capacity to strike anywhere at anytime, do we want to rush that for a country most don’t even knew existed more then 3 years ago?
