Who would impose this map, without our material and manpower the UN just sits in their compound and molest children. We for the most part are the effective combat arm of the IN, and I can’t see the military acting against their own country.
Canada is a fractured coalition of special interests, and Mexico is a cover suit for the cartels for the most part, they couldn’t actually invade, incursions to inflict damages maybe, sort of a reverse Pershing punitive expedition but not really holding any land.
Hawaiian independence and keeping a modern infrastructure is a pipe dream, if they declare independence they will soon find out how much fun it is to enforce it.
