Impeachment should be the route taken regardless of appeal.
Keep in mind, Roberts is the one who appointed Boasberg as the FISA Court judge who allowed the FBI’s false narrative to proceed, and also allowed Kevin Clinesmith to never serve a day in jail for his actions in trying to promote a coup against President Trump in his first term. He also hired Mary McCord’s husband to be one of his clerks, and he was the one who leaked the Dobbs decision results before time. Lots of dealing between Roberts and Boasberg, so it’s no wonder that he is defending hims. It’s a club, and we ain’t in it.
