Russian recon drones being configured to access Ukrainian cell networks
Downed Russian “Gerbera” decoy UAVs have been equipped with both cameras and modems with SIM cards for accessing Ukrainian mobile networks that could theoretically allow this reconnaissance and information transfer capability.
