On July 4th, 2025, Palmetto State Armory (PSA) joined forces with Gun Owners of America (GOA), FRAC, Silencer Shop, SilencerCo, B&T USA, and the Gun Owners Foundation to file a lawsuit aimed at dismantling the National Firearms Act (NFA) once and for all.

Here’s why this matters: The newly passed One Big Beautiful Bill Act zeros out the $200 tax stamp on nearly all NFA-regulated firearms. Without that tax revenue, the constitutional basis for the NFA disappears. If the tax stamp doesn’t generate revenue, it’s not a tax, meaning Article I no longer grants the federal government power to enforce the NFA’s registry and transfer rules. In short: No tax, no NFA.

But fighting unconstitutional laws isn’t cheap. This lawsuit could cost over $1 million in legal fees and appeals. To fund the fight, PSA is selling a limited-edition GOA15 stripped lower receiver, with every dollar of net profit going directly to GOA’s legal battle.
