The Left understands why it is armed. They hate you. The Right’s answer has been, until thus, simply “I am armed for the sake of being”.

No. I am armed because there is a Communist menace in this Nation that will, if successful, return to the killing fields. And they are armed because they hate me.

When will open war start, you think? What will be the triggering event? False-flag, or another one of these Floyd moments like the nurse this weekend? Tianamen square? 10th Mtn division greases 150 protestors that tried to storm the federal building after showering it with fireworks and molitov cocktails? I can see the press spinning that one. They put a reporter in front of a burning building and called it ‘mostly peaceful’. See, the leftists know they don’t have to achieve logic or sanity, they simply appeal to outrage and emotion, and the kids snap into line.
