NUMBERS STATIONS. What you’re seeing / hearing is a numbers station, which is a one way forward message encrypted via a One Time Pad. I explain what this is and how to do it in the Guerrilla’s Guide to the Baofeng Radio and in the Guerrilla Dispatch series.

What are they saying? Well, you ain’t gonna know. Its being transmitted on HF so it can be heard worldwide. Its been the same message repeatedly, which is not unusual for clandestine assets if they’ve missed their commo windows and its of critical importance.

You could infer that its a go signal for the much alluded-to sleeper agents. Maybe. Maybe its telling them to close up shop. Time will tell. Stay frosty.
