It is someone who prioritizes the long-term vitality, demographic/cultural continuity, and organic coherence of the historic American nation—understood as a distinct people with a shared inheritance of language, legal traditions, customs, frontier ethos, and constitutional order—while operating strictly within the constraints of limited government, federalism, individual rights, and grassroots liberty rather than top-down statism.
