Freash Patriot batteries head to Israel as Iran campaign is planned
BREAKING: The U.S. is now deploying an additional Patriot air defense system from Texas to Israel, signaling Washington is bracing for the massive Iranian retaliation expected to follow a new U.S. attack against Iran, per WSJ.
The deployment comes as Donald Trump weighs a short, intense military campaign against Iran after the November 3 midterms.
The U.S. has also deployed additional batteries to protect key energy sites in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Meanwhile, Iran says any new attack will trigger devastating strikes on economic and civilian targets across the region.
