Drones killed every Command Post at NTC. What did the Army Learn?

I watched our OPFOR UAS Troop destroy every Command Post and artillery piece in a Brigade in training.
What did we learn? Absolutely nothing.
We must be comfortable with failure to learn! And we will fail that’s OK.
The effects were ignored. The imaginary CUAS was 100% effective, and that unit gained ZERO training, because we had to show success on that rep.
The Soldiers just stood and looked at the strike drones at a very easy to find command post, only kilometers off the front line. No effects were applied. No lessons to learn. Status quo operations continued.
The next unit repeated the same mistakes.
Ignoring it was a deliberate choice, and unfortunately the truth.
These are hard truths we can learn from. The intersection of autonomous warfare and operational art will define the winners from those who do not survive.
I will keep doing everything in my power to ensure the success of this Nation.
What are our units doing now I hope much better? #USArmy
