I’ve been a big fan of the Tru-Spec 24-7 pants for many years now. They’ve been my #1 go-to pant when I wasn’t wearing cammie pants or jeans. My good friend JC Dodge has been a fan of them for a long time as well, and in addition to my older video(s) on them, he did a great write up a couple of years ago on them at MDSA that can be read here – https://masondixonsurvivalistassociation.wordpress.com/2017/01/02/survivaltactical-gear-pants/

I recently got a pair of the new 24-7 Pro Flex pants from Tru-Spec, and I have to say, I think I like these even better. Since I made the below video on them, I’ve used them while clearing thick woods to put in fence posts, put in said fence posts, worn them in 100 deg + heat shooting and practicing, etc… They’ve gotten sweaty, wet, dirty, snagged by thorny brier’s and vines, scratched by branches, knelt in wet, sandy mud, etc… and they show absolutely zero issues or wear marks. It’s obviously still early, but so far these seem like excellent pants and will probably become my go-to choice, at least for summer use anyway. More to come as I get more miles on them.
