The American Queue – An Act of Submission

Throughout history it was common for conquered people to be required to wear certain clothing or act in a certain way to show submission to their conquers or new overlords. I started to think the other day as I exited the super market and put away my mask, we are in a similar situation regardless of how soft the glove is that is pushing our faces into the ground of submission. Here are some historical examples.

This custom of submission was a Muslim tradition called giyār. Muslims demanded that non-Muslims wear badges or certain dress to identify them as infidels. The custom started during the Umayyad Caliphate by Umar II in the early 8th century. Since that time this custom was common.

Yellow patches also called Jewish badges were first ordered to be worn in the middle ages for Jews and Muslims by the Holy Catholic Church and again latter for the Jews by the Third Reich after Nazi Germany invaded Poland in 1939.

During the Qing dynasty (1644-1912) also known as the Manchu dynasty. The Manchu Queue a hairstyle forced upon the Han Chinese men during this time. The hairstyle involved shaving the hair every ten days from the front of the head just above the temples and allowing the rest of the hair to grow and be braided into a long braid.

The hair style signified the Han Chinese submission of the Manchu hierarchy. Failure to keep up the hairstyle would result in execution.

There are several other examples of making conquered people wear something or take on a style to remind them of their subjection to an authority not of their choosing.

Jumping ahead to spring 2020 I am asking the American Partisan readers if we are experiencing giyār once again but in the form of requiring citizens to wear a face covering of some sort. Is this an act of submission or maybe the beginnings of the mark of the beast as we studied in Revelation Chapter 13:16-18?

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number [is] Six hundred threescore [and] six.

Holy Serf’s article titled, My Papers? No, I Want To See Your Papers posted Tuesday, is spot on. His article does a great job outlining why the use of a mask in most cases for your average every day citizen is worthless. Let alone a handkerchief worn like like a bandit, the fashion in my part of upstate Pennsylvania.

It is not worthless though for our Progressive Politician’s. They are pushing the envelope to see how much American citizens’ can be pushed before they say, “stop! We will take this no more.”

People are starting to take back their state step by step though. Some examples are,

Pennsylvania state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe of Butler county is working behind the scenes to gather colleagues support on Impeaching Governor Wolf.

Shelly Luther a Texas hair salon owner said, “enough!” She spent 2-days of a seven-day sentence in jail till the states Attorney General Ken Paxton sent a letter to Judge Eric Moy’e and which said in part,

“As a mother, Ms. Luther wanted to feed her children,” Paxton said in his letter. “As a small business owner, she wanted to help her employees feed their children. Needless to say, these are laudable goals that call for the exercise of enforcement discretion.”

And there are other businesses that we have heard about and support locally. I say it is too little to late though as our leaders have a taste of dictatorial powers now. When the Chinese Virus raises its ugly head this coming fall/winter they will take what they learned during this past period and of course do what Politician’s do. Give them an inch and they will take a mile.

America, embrace the giyār of today – The mask. Your new queue of subjection YOUR state leaders are forcing upon you.
