Breaking News – Only One Indictment Handed Down For Breonna Taylor Shooting In Louisville, KY.

As reported in the New York Post by Jorge Fitz-Gibbon

A Kentucky grand jury has cleared current and former police officers in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor — indicting one ex-cop for “wantonly” firing shots into another apartment the night she died.

The 12 jurors returned three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree against Brett Hankison for shooting his gun into an apartment next to Taylor’s. Occupants of that residence were identified by their initials in charges — and none of them were “BT.”

None of the other officers involved in the raid were indicted.

It has been reported that the mayor of Louisville Kentucky has declared a state of emergency. There is a 9:00 p.m to 6:30 a.m. curfew set for today.

Downtown Louisville found businesses and government office windows boarded up reminiscent of an on coming hurricane.

The police have installed barricades reducing traffic to the downtown 25 square block area of the city.

BurnLootMurder folks were seen unloading shields, bats, and other riot gear from U-Haul trucks on the outskirts of the city.

More updates to come as they happen.

Sounds like they didn’t indict the cops directly involved, but instead indicted a cop who panic fired blindly into an apartment (possibly not even Taylor’s.) I don’t think I have a problem with that. (Just looked at the linked article, and yep, it was a cop who fired into an unrelated apartment.)

It’s my understanding that Miss Taylor was shacked up with a drug dealer, and died in the crossfire.
Which should not even be an issue, but here we are, and here we go.

Come on now, lil’ brebre was slingin’ too.

Inner City Paramedics are notoriously corrupt, and incompetent. They will steal everything in your house when they respond to a call. Including the medicine cabinet. My friend’s father had his wedding ring, pistol, badge, gold cross with chain, cell phone and wallet stolen by Baltimore Fire when he died of a heart attack. Police are present during health and welfare calls in MD, and still they emptied out his house of all valuables that could fit in a pocket. The running joke in MD is that the fire department has cargo pockets so they can fill them with all your stuff.

Our civilization is rapidly descending into chaos. A cultural reset is inevitable, with or without, political considerations.

Video is already out showing the Louisville Cops being hit in the head with projectiles early on in daylight. Later two LEO’s are shot during the riots. Both survived. When I see 20 cops walking bare headed with paintball guns and batons while two of their crew put out the fire on the courthouse/government bldg. and 30 BLM, helmet wearing attackers are throwing bricks, cans, frozen water bottles, etc. and a cop is hit in the head and goes down; I think, who sent these cops out there dressed and armed like this?

          • NC Scout September 24, 2020 at 00:22

Better question, why did they go along with it?

        • Coop Willis September 24, 2020 at 00:36

Yep. Board up the town and let the revcom.us do their thing.

And then you have the mass base to do what needs to be done.

Movements are either revolutionary or reactionary. There is no counterrevolution without a justification.

No doubt about it Johnny, they, including Miss Taylor, have been at it for a long
        while:

Lots more info of the particulars going back to at least 2016 if you follow through
on all the discoveries mentioned above in the video.

How is it possible to raid an apartment and return fire without the rounds going into the next apartment?
Do politicians understand how dumb they sound? This kinda crap is why I got out of the Army, and won’t pursue a career in law enforcement. The rules, on rules, on rules are impossible to comprehend, let alone follow without violating a law or standing order.

Well, get ready for the show.

  3. James September 23, 2020 at 17:38

I hope all works out for the folks in Kansas and for that matter all affected by what will probably be nation wide “peaceful protests”.

For a long time never saw mentioned boyfriend was a armed drug dealer.

As for rounds hitting another apt. from pics I saw(will try and dig up article)they were not carry thru from that apt. to the next but actually entered directly into another apt.

On a different side note,Johnny, thanks again for your response to me canning?’sI will tally up and keep costs and post em when I get going so others considering it have a idea of costs.I believe they have a “canning class”at a LDS store in a region I visit a lot, might be worth me time to start with that.

    • Johnny Paratrooper September 23, 2020 at 18:00

Every time I can something, it turns into what occupies the specimen tubes from “Aliens”. One time I opened a can up, and something jumped out and disappeared into the vents. I still have trouble sleeping, because they mostly come out at night(Mostly). Regardless of the time of day, I occasionally spray 10mm Armor Piercing High Explosive case-less ammo into the ductwork.

In my experience; Canning should be reserved for Salsa’s, Okras, Pickles, Kraut, and Gravy Sauce. High acid food seems to preserve the best. But I don’t think it saves one dime. I refuse to believe anyone is saving any money on these projects.
Have you ever canned String Beans? I like to use salt, dill, garlic, and vinegar and can some string beans. I smell like a high school science class dissection frog after I destroy a jar or two, but it’s SOOOOO good.

    • johnyMac September 24, 2020 at 09:36

James, we do not can to save $$$$ but to practice for the days you can not buy a can of green beans at the local ACME and to end up with a better item like red sauce then you can buy in the store.

LDS Bishop Houses offer classes in canning and you can set up an appointment to use their facilities to can. The one that was close to me when we lived in Rhode Island, you did not need to be a Mormon to use.

      God Bless

You might consider fermenting your vegetables as almost no energy has to be used compared to either boiling water bath or pressure canning techniques. We find the results are very good, better flavor than canning and require very little effort, much less than either canning method and no lids or sealing rubber rings.

Recipes are widely available on the ‘net. For food that are high in sulfur, like broccoli and brussel sprouts, fermenting them ends up with something that smells like shit, really bad, we couldn’t eat it. We freeze these veges.

We have fermented cabbage(of course different batches with pepper, caroway), carrots(finely grated), beets(sliced or grated), string beans(they are still crisp a year after being fermented

It is advisable to keep a weight on the veges to keep them submerged in the salty fermentation soup. If you don’t do this, at best you will end up with a white mold on the veges, not bad for you, you can just scrape it off, maybe throw a bit of the affected veges out. Worst case other molds, red, green through black, with these molds, the fermented veges are compost, or as I have found whistle pig food. These unhealthy molds are seldom a problem.

Meats are also widely fermented and dried; Charcuterie, various fermented sausages and primals of meat.

          Thank you Joe!

This is the first year that we are going to do cabbage, AKA kraut. I just haven’t started it as yet die to being busy with other chores. If you have a favorite recipe for the kraut pass it along. \”/

          73 & God Bless.

Lots of mssy brotherhood folks there that do not belong almost like a “take over”, McAtee’s nephew was gunned down now too this last weekend ..suspicious. They marched and busted up businesses first thing. God bless Louisville police for keeping things held together within 10 minutes. I wonder what grandmister freaks comments will be this time. AG Cameron did a great job in his speech. Curfew is at 9pm.. hopefully its obeyed this time.

It should be over now. Right?

    • Johnny Paratrooper September 23, 2020 at 19:41

Not sure I follow your question. But I will try. Currently, it’s about 6:40pm central time in Louisville. If my math is correct.
The Protestors are paid for their time.
      No Riot, No Money.
Break the rules? Loss of Pay.
Disobey a comrade? Cut from the team.
This has been hyped for months, and will likely result in the assassination of police officers.
When foreign enemies and domestic traitors pay for a war, they get their war.

      • pixie September 23, 2020 at 22:48

This is horrible!I had no idea this was a nationwide coordinated riot. I can’t believe they let them get so far out of control. What happened to the barrier fences and taking away any weapons for a protest safe zone? What about even flattening their tires?

Where are the crowd control barb-wire trucks? Cinch them in and fly them to the desert to be processed one by one!

This is beyond ridiculous and has to be shut down right now. God I hope those cops are okay. I do not understand why the national guard still allowed these so called “peaceful protesters” to run loose. If they are in jail … guess what, they can’t vote!

      • pixie September 23, 2020 at 23:56

I have to add this…When the protest live stream first started in the highlands there was one black demonstrator speaking french and translating into a device at the front of the police line. Reminds me of the speech the NFACer said about their friends in france.

  6. HP September 23, 2020 at 21:47

Looks like at least 2 Lullvull cops have been shot by peaceful protesters.

    • Johnny Paratrooper September 24, 2020 at 07:44

It was clearly a misunderstanding. Afterwards, they pulled out their acoustic guitars and steel drums and sang Woodie Guthrie songs and had s’mores; Later they covered some Bob Marley and the Wailers. It was well received and the audience held their lighters against the plywood and tried to burn down the Justice Department in solidarity with peace and love.

      • NC Scout September 24, 2020 at 08:24

        Woodie Guthrie…American Marxist.

  7. James September 24, 2020 at 08:48

“Peaceful protestors” were hit by a car in in Colorado Boulder region I believe.I have a friend and will check in with her on the status of the car, really hope it is OK.Send out prayers today for the car and it’s recovery if needed.

    • NC Scout September 24, 2020 at 09:02

      That’s a good one right there :)

As a Gearhead (Motorcycles and Racecars), I am deeply concerned for this vehicle. Plus update us as soon as possible.
Hopefully the damage is ranked somewhere between “that’ll buff out” and “total’d”.

Good news, I hear the collector’s grade market value on vehicles officially ranked “This Machine Kills Commies” is going up and up.

I’ve been figuring that I need to get around to spending a day in the welding shop and instead of welding up a “cowcatcher” like a train has, welding up a “rioter catcher” for my truck.
