    That’s a cool pack. Great pattern. God’s Plaid.
    The open area between the large and small packs are for your snow shoes, and the side pockets on the bottom look like they are for your ice picks and the buckle straps on the top are for securing your picks so they don’t flop around.
    The small pack on the back is your admin pouch. For maps, notebooks, calculators, pens, pencils, markers, protractor, laser rangefinder, spare batteries.
    Great analogy on the wrenches and tools. I have dozen hammers for the same reason I have a dozen rifles and firearms.
    I want to see how you trick this pack out when you pack her up and rig her up. I am seriously considering selling my two Voodoo’s after your review.
