Smarter Everyday: Deep Dive into a Nuclear Submarine (Series 6 Videos)

This is a really, really bad ass series. Lots more lessons on not only daily life on a Nuclear Submarine, but communications tech surrounded by ice on the “land” and in the air, and survival gear in -50F temperatures. As well as lessons of feeding 140 people.

Have you ever fed 140 people for 2-3 weeks with a crew of 6? I have.

It’s not easy.

I really enjoyed this series and binge watched the whole thing. The entire “Smarter Everyday” Series is wholesome and family friendly.

This is good recruiting material. It makes me want to sign up for Comms Chief, or Officer, on an Attack Sub.

The food looks great and the busy schedule probably makes the tours go by rather quickly.

I also think the specially selected crews makes for a good unit. Similar to “Airborne Effect” in the Army.
