Stanly Szymanski is in his early 60’s and has been married to his wife Cindy for nearly 30 years. After receiving two bachelor’s degrees in economics and psychology, and a minor in music from the University of Pittsburgh, Stan spent 17 years in Financial Services. After working through a period of time with his daughter, who died from two serious genetic diseases.
Later, Stan and Cindy formed a tax-exempt 501C3 organization, Encouraging Angels. He is now the CEO of this Christian disability ministry, formed to liberate people from permanent disability due to the current state of medical technology.
As a lifelong musician, Stan leads worship online for the disabled and their caregivers and shares a message for them weekly as well. Encouraging Angels exists to ‘encourage’ the church to fulfill its obligation to the biblical command to `go out at once into the streets and lanes of the city and bring in here the poor and crippled and blind and lame.”
Luke 14:21 (second part) – “Go quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring back the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame.”
