Plus–Putin does not want contingents of ‘Slavic’ Russians fighting other Slavs; you know, the old “NO FRATERNIZING WITH THE ENEMY” thing. Siberians will offer no quarter: skinning out a polar bear or corrupt Ukie–no diff.
