Here we go, another secular jewish contrived program to suck money from the productive middle class. Of course, the pull pushing moochers on the Supreme Court of communist ruled in favor of the fleecing of the middle class, so the parasite bums can live in style. The bums are homeless because of their actions. America has no moral premise. Instead of giving them free housing paid for by the working class, instead require the bums them to work by doing jobs such as cleaning the roads, city buildings, and sidewalks. If they will not work send them to Washington DC.
