This guy gets it. The markets will forever go up and down. Wealthy folks go shopping when stuff is on sale. Prepping includes financially, (purchase power as the speaker states), stuff in this case are things like Real Property, Paper, (stocks, etc), Businesses. Book references…”Think and Grow Rich”, by Napoleon Hill, (The Father of aaaallll get Wealth accumulation writings), read All of Robert Kyosaki original books. Play cash flow the game, they have one for kids as well. Seeing this post, hearing the podcast on AP gives me tingles babies. Buy asserts, get out of the rat race. F communism/socialism.

  They are baking inflation into the cake right now.
  And eating all the cash they issued in the last couple years.
  I am looking at houses for $400,000 that cost $70,000 in the 1980’s.
  Average income has not increased six fold.
  Yet here we are.
