    Good info, Scout. I purchased 25 dozen (mere hours old) farm fresh, free range and UNWASHED eggs from my Amish neighbor. The eggs are BIG so I could only fit 15 dozen (180) eggs in our food-grade five gallon bucket. Ordered another bucket with screw-on lid last night. Still waiting for the Pickling Lime to arrive though. Cheers…
