So since we have completed MARCH what do we do now? What is our next step?

Well, that depends on the answer to one question, “are we ready for transport?”

If the answer is no, continue to repeat MARCH, check all interventions, and continue to record vitals.

If the answer is yes, then we will proceed to Tactical Evacuation Care, but that deserves a dedicated post.
