My guns run on gunpowder, not electricity.
TL;dw
He’s discussing gunsafes, not your guns jackass.
That’s my point. I keep guns in my gunsafe. I don’t care about EMP for my guns. If the electronic keypad on it fries, I get the backup key, open it up, and will be using the guns rather than storing them.
You should go back and read what you wrote.
I’ve read it. The electronic keypad is a convenience and non-critical part of the safe. Everything else in the gunsafe is already EMP immune. I’m no more worried about the keypad in EMP than I am for my doorbell.
OK bud, you didn’t watch the vid but you feel compelled to comment.
Nice work. Now fuck off.
Genius. I suspect lightning fried my electronic lock. It’s TOTALLY fried. I can power it, but it’s a very confused electronic device.
Very interesting ..I rigged up a metal box around my keypad years ago but got a lot of funny looks from friends and family LOL.. much better idea with the conductive cloth .never thought about the conductive tape liner seal ..will have to upgrade . thanks
