UPDATE: PATREON REINSTATEMENT FOR AMERICAN PARTISAN DENIED
Well, that didn’t take long. My response to them is below.
I don’t give a flying fuck that you “reviewed” the material. I want proof.You know, that thing you can point to that tells us exactly what we did wrong.You cannot answer that basic question. You cannot tell us what we did wrong. All you are giving me is some bullshit boilerplate language about some vague violation of the fucking rules.Whatever helps you sleep at night, but this is absolutely censorship just because you people don’t like what we post about.
I rewrote the email about 15 times and ultimately toned it down.
We are working on next steps and will keep you all informed.
Thanks for the continued support. This entire chain of events just tells me one thing: we are on the right path if we are pissing these people off.

Use of “plastic” for just about everything became a habit before its liabilities became more obvious.
Spending habits and certainly donations should be 4th amendment stuff. Before becoming 5th.
If AP is getting hit, those that are giving will be next. (Chinese social score is impacted by merely being in the presence of someone who has a low score.) This means whatever is the replacement should have options for separation of the contribution and consumption. Personally I have come very close to donating but each time something like this has successfully made me reconsider.
Also the volume of content AP produces overwhelming. Keeping up with Contra Radio would be easier if my job and hearing would accommodate listening at work.
I would like to have a system where I could send, money order, gift cards, with an envelope for a return code. (Envelope can be sent to family member in nursing home, work, volunteer organization where I would have access. The return envelope would have a code that could be used as a debit card. Allowing the access to X number of articles, ability to comment (identity by the code , you could assign callsigns, or number code and violation of the rules kills the debit code.)

On the other, at some point, you gotta make a stand. Either you stand with those putting themselves out there or not. If not, so be it.
