Yeah, yeah…I get it. If you’re a grunt humping in the boonies (or in the snow-covered mountains at the China/India border) you sure as hell want a stick that performs. Got it.

BUT–as we speak–there’s a HUGE pivot going on in the financial and economic world, sadly away from the USA/UK/EEU over to the east. The east involves India, China, and Russia among others. They are “partnering up” for the future and, regrettably, leaving the “West.”

India, China, and Russia as partners are building an economic infrastructure together. How will this affect their military “hardware” purchases among these three? You can bet the farm that the CCP will connive trading, manufacturing, and outsourcing attempting to always have superior weapons over the other two “partners.” You know: Commies gotta commie.”

India is aware of this–they are smart and are no dummies. Will be very interesting to see how these upgrades of weapons goes for India in this “mix” of the upcoming future. Plus, the upgrades to their integration of combined arms. It’s a new world, men.

See Pepe Escobar’s take from the 30,000 foot level:
Putin established a direct connection not only between the Greater Eurasian Partnership and EAEU members but also “BRICS members such as China and India”, “the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, ASEAN and other organizations.”

And that’s the core of the whole, ongoing, multi-layered process of Eurasia integration, with the China-led New Silk Roads intersecting with the Eurasia Economic Union, the SCO, BRICS+, and other converging strategies.

Don’t know about India but I would love to get my hands on one of the AK-200 series in 7.62. I want to check out how robust that railed top cover and rear trunnion interface is.
