Will this go on the 6th or the 7th SU 57 Produced?

These guys never field anything until it is 100% ready. They flew the AL-41 engine around in Flankers for a decade before they called it good. It has to work under FUBAR conditions and within budget. The Su-25 was provisionally fielded in Afghanistan but they didn’t sign off on it till the late ’90s. Su57 is over Ukraine now in the same way. Perfecting net-centric sensor fusion with other air/ground platforms under war conditions. The aviation commentariat seem to think this jet has one primary task – come out high, fast and front aspect low observable from behind a layered AD to launch the KS-172 long range AAM at AWACS etc and tankers.
