Collapse Indicator: NC Scout and the Circle Back Bois are more squared away than the US National Guard.

This is a day late and dollar short; bureaucracy levying top-down lengthy programs that will be overcome by events or private sector solutions by the time it’s fielded. A year long test, really? During the quarantine several units stayed in touch with DoD Platform One, web-enabled MS Teams and other things and did what training or PME they could at home. Many figured that stuff out in days. The issue was varying degrees of initiative/communication within and across units within the DoD.

      A year long test.

I can teach units all this in six days.

But I’d rather teach all of you.

Can confirm – I was stupid as fuck with comms before joining AP and training with brushbeater and now I feel confident that I can teach a group of Partisans the absolute basics to operate. Granted, I have like 1 1/2 dozen weekends with Scout, but it can be learned and mastered.

Scout trains partisans because he loves America and wants our side to win.

So after several courses of NCS’s excellent training, my comms/SIGINT must be light years above what I’m understanding from the “phase 3”

And the Swamp sends bahzillions to Ukraine???

    I need another beer
