Same Speech, the Twitter section starts at 11:23 on the youtube link I posted. It’s good to hear that she’s been speaking this way all along. I was just trying to figure out what was going on because there were a few locations I saw that stated the speech was from within the past couple days. It was posted to youtube in 2019.
